Vacay

Nice property. The employees who assist guest with golf cart (Daniel & Ash) are exceptional. The marble floors inside and out can be slick and a bit dangerous to maneuver The location is nice- but you should take a cab to and from town. The bikes at the property are in poor shape - they need some new bikes for the safety of the guests. The beach was wonderful and the Daniel and Ash were attentive to set up and break down of chairs and umbrellas. Over all nice stay.

Great trip

The staff were amazing. Very friendly and helpful.The rooms were spotless.The shower water was warm enough to be comfortable but seldom hot.The beach and chairs were great. The staff set up the chairs and umbrella every day. Golf cart ride to the beach is great.A walk into town was difficult for my wife. Wish we had rented a car. Great restaurant 5 minute walk away. Town took about 15 minutes. Lots of places to eat there.Very quiet. Felt safe walking at night. Good sidewalks to walk on.

Beautiful, but...

for the most part we enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very clean when we arrived; the maintenance staff worked hard everyday on the grounds. The pool was beautiful and the location was quiet and never overcrowded. Some things that could have been better - there were only 4 bikes (and at least one was broken) - we were a party of 5. Not your typical hotel where you can expect daily service: housekeeping did not come every day, despite us leaving our room early and being out all day - when they did come, they did not replenish. One morning we called because we ran out of toilet paper; after 2 hours of nothing arriving my husband went to the front office & he was told it would be right up - 8 hours later when we returned to our room, still no toilet paper. We were told there would be chairs when we arrived at the beach. There were none, we drove back to the hotel to request some; after 1/2 an hour they arrived. The next day we asked at the front office for chairs for the beach. We were told they were at the beach. Again they were not. We again drove back to request some; an hour later they arrived.

Delightful stay

Modern, new, clean hotel with the best staff, close to the world’s best beach, Grace Bay! It’s a win win all around. Wish it were on Grace bay to be able to walk out onto the beach, instead it’s a quick golf cart and you are there! The staff was super helpful, professional and kind. Beth goes above and beyond to attend to our needs. The beach is heavenly and the staff is the jewel of this brand new, CLEAN, great facility!
