Walk 15 minutes along the beach to The Shore Club to enjoy their bars and fine dining restaurant.



Just over 2 miles from Grace Bay, you are moments from all it has to offer, including luxury fine dining restaurants, bars and shops. Golfers will want to book a tee time at Providenciales Golf Course, 2.5 miles away. Or alternatively take an afternoon or evening to stroll around Blue Haven Yacht Marina, 4 miles away. Plan on an 8-mile drive to the property from the island’s International Airport.

The 4-bed (Main Villa) can be occupied independently from to 2-Bed (Guest Vila) or combined to create a magnificent 6-bedroom Villa. Each villa features its own private terrace and swimming pool which can be seamlessly transformed into a common outdoor space for larger parties. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, AC, TVs, luxury bed linens, beach towels and toiletries.

UTILITIES



The cost of electricity in the Turks & Caicos Islands has always been very expensive. This is further exacerbated by recent global increases in fuel pricing which have put this cost at an all-time high.



All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption and particularly as it relates to Air Conditioning (AC). If you are running the AC, please ensure doors and windows remain closed.



The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $60.00/day (sixty US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read, and any amount over this allowance will be charged to the lessee's card on file at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.
