Blue Mountain 3 BR Villa - Ocean View

Centrally located on one of the highest points of Providenciales, Blue Mountain Villa offers 180 degrees of breathtaking uninterrupted views across the north shore and reef.

The property is very well designed, allowing visitors to experience the beautiful vista from several outdoor seating areas, perfect for al fresco dining, and from the open plan lounge, dining and kitchen areas. The master bedroom is a must see with high vaulted ceilings, spacious en suite and incredible views to match.

A well-appointed chef kitchen links to the dining space via a bar countertop creating the perfect social space. There is a private pool in the tropical gardens with a variety of shaded areas to relax and unwind.

This spacious property has exceptional character and would make a perfect getaway for a family, or 2-3 couples looking for peace and tranquility.

Just a short 5 minute drive to the nearest Restaurants, Bars, and Supermarket, and only a 10 minute drive to heart of Grace Bay and all it has to offer.

The property is only a short drive from several beautiful beaches and is equipped with portable beach chairs and umbrellas. Babalua beach (sometimes referred to as Blue Mountain Beach), is the closest to the Villa and is only 4 minutes by car. Part of the Princess Alexandra National park, Babalua comprises 3000 feet of white sand bordered by stunning north shore sea cliffs. The beach has only one public access, which is found by following Cherokee Road from Leeward Highway.

Unfortunately, my wife and I ended up having to work more than we wanted on this vacation. Not pictured in the listing is a generous two-seat workstation with a view across the living room to the ocean, which made our working experience as positive as it could have been.

We had a great time at Blue Mountain Villa! The house and property are beautiful and amenities were excellent. Shauna took care of all of our requests in a timely manner and was very friendly and nice. The only complaint is that there is a new house being built next door which was loud at times during the day.

We had the most incredible stay at the Blue Mountain Villa - we traveled with 2 little ones (age 3 and 6) & found the place to be very kid friendly- the villa is absolutely breathtaking & even better in person! We spent hours upon hours in the pool & taking in the amazing views from all the balconies! I have to point out the cleanliness of the property because every corner was SPOTLESS! The hosts were wonderful too allowing for an early check in and late check out - made our stay that much special & accommodating! Thank you for an amazing time - we will definitely be back!

Blue Mountain Paradise

Our family had a marvelous time celebrating our daughter's 33rd birthday at your beautiful villa. The views are absolutely stunning and you won't be disappointed. Since we were all about exploring the island's beaches, having nice beach chairs, towels, beach umbrella and beach towels were key! Thank you so much for providing us with quality items. The villa was extremely clean and everything was top quality, including the outdoor furniture. Our only complaint was one of the bedrooms did not have air conditioning which even in November was needed. Also the master bedroom has a very comfortable mattress but the other two rooms were uncomfortable - one was super soft and one was hard. So if you have troubles sleeping, it could be challenging.

Beautiful and comfortable vacation rental

The house was exactly as pictures. Managers were very prompt responding to questions and minor issues. They were also very accommodating of our early check in and check out requests. What we very much appreciated about the house is that it’s well built with great insulation and high quality glass doors so the house stayed very comfortable with just a bit of AC. The central AC worked very well and there are thermostats in all the bedrooms and the living room. The house came with tons of towels (bath and beach), nice kitchen equipment (also provided small olive oil, salt, pepper, dish soap and dishwasher detergent, garbage bags), great beach chairs, 2 coolers, 2 sun umbrellas. Baths were set up with plenty of small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. The washing machine and dryer worked very well and the house had detergent. We enjoyed a very relaxing and comfortable vacation at Blue Mountain Villa.

Phenomenal Property!

This is a fantastic rental. We booked at the last minute and the host was very responsive and helpful. Check-in was simple, someone met us at the house to show us around. The house itself is an amazing property and really enhanced our vacation. The views of the ocean are incredible and multiple outside seating areas take full advantage of it. There are at least six different outdoor seating areas - plenty of room to spread out and enjoy some privacy and island breezes. We enjoyed the pool and grill as well. The included beach chairs, coolers and beach umbrellas were a nice touch. We had two adult couples but a third would have fit with no issue. Good location - 15 minutes or less to most beaches/attractions. The downstairs neighbors were quiet and courteous, nothing to worry about there. I'd recommend this property in a heartbeat, we would definitely rent it again if we're back in Provo!
