There's plenty of room along with a fully equipped kitchen. Our room was super clean and had the amenities as advertised. It was quite convenient to RISD/Brown. It is a little odd not having a host on-site, though we got used to it. Parking can be a bit tight in the back. If you have a large vehicle, consider leaving it on the street.
