The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Ronald was an excellent host and responded to all questions in a timely manner. I stayed 3 nights and only Saturday night was there loud street noise, but the window ac unit helped drown out the noise. I would stay here again!

It was a perfect stay! We had everything we needed. The apartment was clean and full of light making it bright and cheery.Convenient to everything we had planned. The neighborhood was safe and there was a grocery store/market close by.The hosts were awesome responsive and offered several wonderful coffee houses we loved the white electric both coffee and food!

A cozy updated Gem

We rented the unit for 5 nights for my daughter's college visits. The place is conveniently located near RISD and Brown University. The queen size bed is so comfortable. All the amenities are new.

An Oasis in the City

This is a beautiful property! Ron has spared no expense to make this space beautiful and comfortable. He was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay, getting a new coffee maker when the first one quit, installing a new room cooler when i was too hot...he even left a bottle of wine for me to enjoy my first night! The house is just off a busy street and can get a little loud at night, but the AC masked it nicely. I thoroughly enjoyed my 3-week stay here!

A home away from home

We moved to Rhode Island from California and needed temporary housing. Ron is the best and a superb host! He was thoughtful and generous with his time to answer any questions that might arise. His home is warm and inviting and central to everything in Providence. If I could 6 stars I would! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay!! You won’t be disappointed! Hidden Gem

We were pleasantly surprised at the outfitting, cleanliness, and spaciousness of this 3rd floor walkup apartment. Ron was a great host - his long-term residents were very pleasant to us and spoke highly of him in private. Ron has done a remarkable job of renovating this apartment and clearly takes pride in his work. We felt safe in the surrounding neighborhood - esp after we walked by the police sub-station 1/2 block away. This apartment is a tremendous value for the price!

Best hosts!!

Ronald went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and that I had everything I needed. Super cute rental with all you might need, and more. Thoughtfulness in every aspect! As another reviewer said, noise is definitely an issue. I brought my trusty earplugs and had no problems sleeping, but conducting work during the day was challenging. Still, I recommend this place because Ronald is just that awesome!

Cute Victorian Apartment on top floor

Ron was a fantastic host making sure I had everything I needed for my 11-day stay. This unit is on the top floor of an old re-furbished beautiful Victorian house. Lots of steps which I didn't mind. Free laundry in the basement (more steps :)) Kitchen well-equipped to cook! Neighborhood 1.5 miles from Rhode Island Hospital but the apartment is off a busy and sometimes loud street. I slept with the bathroom fan on to block out the noise. Neighborhood appears sketchy but I never encountered any problems and never felt in danger staying by myself. Off street parking in a large private lot. Quiet building with other professional tenants in the home. Would definitely stay here again if the need arises. Thank you Ron and Shirley!! Loved my little oasis for 11 days!

We absolutely loved our stay in this charming apartment! My mom and I decided we wanted a home base for the week instead of a new place every night and this one was perfectly located within an easy drive of everywhere we wanted to go! No noise from the other tenants in the building which was great. A little bit of street noise if you’re there in the summer with the window air conditioner units taking away some of the sound blocking but really not bad and didn’t wake/keep us up. We’d planned to use the washer/dryer on site but once we realized they were down 3 flights of stairs we rethought that plan haha, not a big deal just something to keep in mind. Though it’s an older place with lots of character, the kitchen and bathroom were wonderfully updated, fully equipped, and the living area spacious. The host was available for any of our needs and greeted us if he happened to be outside as we came and went. Not intrusive at all, just very friendly and made us aware that he was around if we had any requests or concerns!
