Ein gelungener Urlaub. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Ich habe mit meiner Frau und meinen beide Kindern unseren 2-wöchigen Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Appartement sowie der Kontakt zum Vermieter waren sehr gut. Bei vier Personen würden wir aber nächstes Mal die größere Wohnung nehmen.

Entspannter Urlaub

Wir waren im August zu 3. in der wirklich tollen Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ist perfekt ein kleines Örtchen nicht weit von Zadar entfernt. (ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto) Die Ferienwohnung ist großzügig und modern eingerichtet. Traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge kann man vom Balkon sehen. Ein Highlight ist der neu gebaute Pool, super für eine Abkühlung. Die Vermieter sind wirklich sehr lieb und haben uns sehr viele Tipps und Informationen gegeben. Ein kleiner Fußmarsch zum "Dorfladen" dort bekommt man in der Früh sehr leckeres Brot und feines Gebäck. Nicht weit (ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß) ist ein Sandstrand der optimal für Kinder geeignet ist. Auf dem Weg zum Sandstrand befindet sich eine Beachbar mit leckeren Cocktails perfekt um einen tollen Urlaubstag ausklingen zu lassen. Ein Ausflug nach Nin in die Altstadt ist sehr zu empfehlen. ( ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto, es gibt genügend Parkmöglichkeiten und für 20kn für ein Tagesticket nicht teuer) Ebenso können wir das Einkaufszentrum "Supernova" in Zadar als Ausflugstipp empfehlen. Wir können die Ferienwohnung nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen.

Perfekte Wohnung mit traumhafter Aussicht

Wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen, waren als Familien zu Dritt ( mit 1 Kind 7 Jahre) für 12 Tage dort und haben es wirklich sehr genossen. Die Austattung der Wohnung ist modern und mit neuen Geräten wie Geschirrspüler und Klima sehr gut bestückt. Auch sehr gut ist der Mosquitoschutz an den Fenstern. Die Klimaanlage lässt sich einfach nach Temperatur einstellen. In der Wohnung sind zudem genügend Ablagen vorhanden, auch gibt es Möglichkeiten einige Sachen wie Badeutenisilien und Fahrräder in der Garage unterzubringen, der Vermieter ist hier sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit gewesen. Uns hat auch die familiäre Atmosphäre und die ruhige und idylische Lage in dem kleinen Küstendorf sehr gefallen. Kurze Wege zu den Stränden (Fahrräder sind trotzdem sinnvoll insbesondere wenn man die Küste damit erkunden möchte) und den Geschäften des täglichen Bedarfs. Der Ausblick vom Balkon insbesondere am Abend ist mit untergehender Sonne traumhaft schön.

Tolles Objekt, nette Vermieter, gute Lage, unschlagbarer Ausblilck + Sandstrände

Unglaubliches Objekt, sauber, gepflegt, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Sehr nette Vermieter, die auch selbst vor Ort waren. Der nun nagelneue Pool mit komplett freiem Meerblick ist eine Super-Idee und tatsächlich eine ganz tolle Erfrischung bei der teils unglaublichen Hitze und knalligen Sonne. 2 Wochen gingen rum wie nichts. Wir haben sehr viel gesehen, konnten von Mletak aus alles problemlos ansteuern: Pag, Nin, Vir, Vrsi, Novigrad, Posedarje, Zadar, Sibenik, sogar die Kornaten (von Zadar aus). Auf der Eselfarm in der Nähe von Poljica waren wir auch. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, Pool direkt am Haus, Garage direkt unter der Wohnung, Schaukel direkt neben dem Haus. Den Standort und auch das Appartment selbst kann man also nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Es ist in seriösen Händen und man erhält sehr gute Qualität. Der kleine Supermarkt im Ort ist klasse, sogar einen Briefkasten gibt es. Der mindestens 200 Grad-Meeresblick mit abendlichem Sonnenuntergang vom kleinen Balkon aus rundet den heißen Tag ab. Für Kinder ist alles da, Schaukel, der Pool am Haus, aber auch der Kroatien-untypische Sand-Strand in Privlaka selbst und natürlich die Nin-Lagunen. Ende Juni war es dann doch sehr voll an beiden Stränden, aber Hauptsache Sandstrand, wenn man Kinder hat. Tip: "Mücken-Stecker" nicht vergessen.

Unsere Urlaub war ein Traumhaft.

Michaela : Unsere Urlaub wir haben schon 3x im diesem Ferienwohnung gemacht. Für Kinder ist das Ideal. Wunderschönen Ausblick,besonders am Abend. Der Vermieter mit sene Frau sind sehr lieb und nett. Bei jeder kleinichkeit haben uns geholfen oder haben wir ein guten Rat gekriegt. Mein klein Sohn fühlt sich dort wie zu hause und will wieder das wir hin fahren. Wohnung ist sehr schön und sauber. Es gibt dort sehr schöne badenmöglichkeiten,besonder för kleine Kinder,lange nicht tiefe Sand Strand, mit d. Fahrad oder zufuß sind auch die Restaurants zu ereichen. Mit dem Auto kann man sehr fühl Unternehmen ( Insel Ugljan, Pag , Vir besuchen, dann Zadar ist sehr schöne alte Stad und es gibt fühl andere möglichkeiten. Ich kann diese Ferienhaus sehr empfehlen.

Super schöne Ferienwohnung

Gepflegte und saubere Ferienwohnung. Für Familien mit Kindern empfehlenswert. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung überzeugt durch viele kleine wohnliche Details und ist mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Die Fewo können wir uneingeschränkt für einen tollen Urlaub weiterempfehlen!

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten eine schöne erholsame Urlaubswoche in Mletak verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung war in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. In nur 1 Stunde erreicht man Zadar von München aus mit dem Flugzeug. Transfer mit dem Taxi ging problemlos und war sehr günstig. Wir machten schöne Ausflüge mit dem Fahrrad nach Nin und ans Meer. Die Außenanlagen sind sehr gepflegt. Mein Highlight: vom Balkon aus sah ich die Aida vorbeifahren! Ich komme gerne wieder!

Erholsamer Urlaub

Alles in Allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub. Im Juli d.J. besuchte ich Privlaka/Mletak mit einer Freundin. Die Angaben aus der Reisebeschreibung trafen vollständig zu. Die Ferienwohung liegt mit unverbautem Meerblick bei ruhiger Lage im dalmatischen Dorf Mletkak, welches durch freundliche Nachbarn und Dorfsupermarkt sofort heimische Gefühle erweckt. Die Unterkunft stand uns in einem sehr guten Zustand bereit (sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet, Bau neuwertig) Absolut schön der weitläufige Meerblick vom Balkon aus - täglich konnten wir atembraubende Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Nur ein paar Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt sind liegen zwei Strände im Dorf. Persönlicher Favorit: Natursandstrand, was sonst für Kroatien unüblich ist. Mit dem Rad/Auto/Bus sind in der Umgebung viele weitere Stände zu erreichen. Ebenfalls liegt das "European Holiday Destination 2016" Zadar ca eine halbe Studen (PKW/BUS) entfernt - sehr sehenswert. (Sehr gutes Essen, Sehenmöglichkeiten, Bootsausflüge buchbar) Wir besuchten mit dem Boot die Kornatischen Inseln, was uns sehr gut gefiel und viele schöne Fotos entstehen lies. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, eine Bar und ein Restaurant nur wenige Minten entfernt. Nächstes Jahr wieder!

Super neue Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung

Die Wohnung ist wie neu, ist super ausgestattet mit allem was man zum selbst kochen braucht. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist ein Traum. Zu Fuß (5 bis 10 Minuten) sind zwei tolle Sandstrände zu erreichen. Einer sogar mit einer Beach Bar. Wir waren zwei Erwachsene Männer und zwei Jugendliche.

traumhafte Lage und sehr gastfreundlich

Uns hat es wirklich an nichts gefehlt. In dem ruhigen Dorf konnten wir richtig ausspannen und genießen. Das Meer war nur wenige Meter entfernt. Es gab auch einen kleinen Supermarkt und einen familienfreundlichen Natursandstrand mit Bar. In direkter Umgebung waren schöne Orte und Ausflugsziele. Die Wohnung selbst war großzügig und sehr sauber. Die Gastgeber standen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir kommen gern wieder.
