Clean room, warm and comfortable. Just had one unfriendly staff, put on surgical glove to pick up room key. I have never seen her before and I am friendly, that seems to leave racial bias as a reason.

Had a guy jumping and out of his apartment swearing when id walk out the room. I would make a noise, and neighbour in 117 would retaliate with noise. Very exhausting

They have laundry machines that loonies but they don't have any loonies to make change . They have came of pop for sale for 2$ but won't take any change less than a loonie

Every time I book I always request a pet friendly room on the main floor. I get the pet friendly but I don’t get the room on the main floor. I figured this is because they get to charge me additional costs for the dogs but not for the accessible room. I explain about mobility issues and this last stay at the Hotel I had to assertively make sure I was placed in a ground level room.
