The only advantage: near to Boston Pizza... The Hotel was dirty, the room, the beds, the bathroom was dirty, everything was broken or out of function, some of the guests were apparently addicted to drugs, at night it was like at the main station: doors slamming, loud screaming, car on the parking place honking again and again.... We didn't get any sleep. THE WORST HOTEL WE HAVE EVER BEEN TO.

This place is a disgrace; it's dirty everywhere, and the staff are not friendly at all. The door card would not work, so the staff had to use a master key to let me in. The outside door was broken. Many drunks are staggering around, it has a bar and is very noisy, not a safe place to stay. The pictures on your site must be old, as this is the most run-down place I have seen. Did not stay as I felt unsafe. I drove 2 hours home. After being with my husband who had surgery that day.

This hotel should be condemned. They had junkies passed out by front entrance.elevator did not work. Room was dirty and rundown Air conditioner did not work. Door handles were falling off. Lights missing lightbulbs or did not work. Plug ins did not work. Toilet did not flush. Doors banging all night. To pay $160 a night to feel unsafe, no working bathroom and no sleep because of banging doors is highway robbery!

Free breakfast runs from 9 to noon. I don't normally wait until 9 to eat breakfast, and in this case, we needed to get to an event by 8:30. That means leaving the site to have breakfast. Lots of smokers hanging around outside of the front door, so you have to breathe all of it in while coming into the building. Not a great look. The room next door had a singing contest all night long. Again, not great.

Bed wasclean and bathroom soaps were new. I had no towels, table was dirty, and all floors were dirty. With a non smoking floor it reeked of smoke. Restaurant should be open earlier and on time would be nice too.

Horrible place to try stay at! Would not give a refund after checking in and noticing that our beds were not made and stained every colour you can think of, place smells like death, and intoxicated people standing outside and roaming the hallways. There is also glass broken everywhere outside. Definitely do not recommend staying here, very unhealthy just to be breathing the same air in this place, rooms are cheap for a reason so it’s my fault for even attempting to stay at this place but it was the only hotel with rooms available; and now I know why. Would give 0 stars if possible!

Disgusting hotel

I did not stay at the hotel. I ended up leaving 5:30 in the morning and traveled the 5 hours home. The hotel room was disgusting, was not cleaned, no clean towels or anything! I asked for housekeeping to clean the room while i left, when i returned, the room wasn't even touched. I collected my deposit and left! I will never get a room at this hotel again and will let everyone i know to do the same!

First of all they told me check in was at 330pm and I went in then. And they said room wasn’t done yet to come back in a hour . Room was ok . AC didn’t work . Called down to front desk for someone to fix tv . It had lines on the screen and no one came to look at tv . . . And no towels had to go get towels at front desk . It was over all a not very good stay . I was very generous with rating. But I don’t think I will ever stay there again. .

The property should be condemned . The place sticks inside and the rooms are filthy and the bedding is dirty and stained .Got to our room the was ready and had no towels or toiletries and the sink in the bathroom take forever to drain .Got up in the morning with people passed out in the hallway ,and garbage all over the place .The town of Prince Albert should condemned the place because it makes their town look like a garbage dump Will never be back to that town again

STAY AWAY

While the staff I dealt with were friendly, do NOT be deceived by the pictures they show you online. My non-smoking room had clearly been smoked in - it smelled like a bar out of the 90’s… cigarette smoke and cheap booze. Cigarette burns all over the carpet, in the sheets and mattress. Mattress heavily stained. Door chain busted off. Window frame busted. Cigarette burns on furniture. I was very worried I wouldn’t get my $300 damage deposit back because of the state the room was in when I walked in. No hand towels or face cloths. No remote to control the tv. Crackheads galore hanging around outside, drunks wandering the halls inside, and this was on a Tuesday night. If you do stay, LOCK YOUR VEHICLE DOORS! Woke up at 3am to take my little dog outside and was met by a few different crack heads checking ALL the vehicle doors, right in front of me with 0 cares. Two other rubbies were trying to scale the wall to break in to a second story window that was left open. I can’t find it, but I swore I saw on their profile that their rooms were advertised as “sound proof” - that is a LIE! You hear everything in the hallway and on the floor above you. I have never been afraid staying at a hotel before until this one. You get what you pay for and I fully understand why Hotels.com has this one as non-refundable, because if I had been able to get my money back I wouldn’t have stayed there. Horrible property because of what they allow to happen on and around the property.

Please contact me, we were unable to stay. Big episode when we drove up. 6 cop cars, blood everywhere, water, big fans trying to dry it up. Needles everywhere
