The place was packed due to a concert at MAC. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The bed and pillows were awesome. It was the best night's sleep I had all week (our Airbnb had a very firm/uncomfortable bed ) on this overnight stop towards home. They did run out of biscuits at breakfast due to the crowd from the concert, but I improvised with gravy on toast.

Clean hotel and room. A great night stay for a concert in pikeville where other hotels were charging triple their normal price. Highly recommended for concerts in pikeville in which it is only a 30 minute drive after the concert.

This hotel was “functional” inexpensive and comfortable but very dated. I feel like this hotel stuck 25 years in the past. If you’re seeing a show at MAC it is in the parking lot making it very convenient. Breakfast was basic and coffee was mediocre. Bed was VERY comfortable. Staff was friendly but we didn’t need anything from them. Bring your own toiletries.
