Living Space
This spacious open-concept layout features vaulted ceilings, leather couches, and a dining space that creates the ideal gathering area! There is an HD flat screen TV with streaming capability that you can log into your accounts with. Wi-Fi is provided for your convenience! The home is stocked with board games, puzzles, and cards for hours of entertainment while you create memories that will last a lifetime.

Kitchen
The home has a fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove-top, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, outdoor grille, coffee maker, and a Keurig! It has plenty of pots/pans, BBQ utensils, and stocked with your basic spices and oils.
** Note: Be sure to purchase groceries before heading up the mountain.

Walkout Basement
The basement has a living room with couches, a Large HD flat screen TV, shuffleboard, arcade games, a closet full of games to play, and another walkout patio with a dartboard and a hot-tub.

Bedroom Information
~Master Bedroom: The spacious master bedroom, located on the main floor highlights a king-size bed. This room features an ensuite bathroom, a closet area, and French doors.
~Second Bedroom: This bedroom is also located on the main floor that features a king-size mattress and an ensuite bathroom that opens to the main area.
~Third Bedroom: This bedroom is also located on the main floor and has a custom queen-size day bed with a small shelf around the top that looks out towards the southeast.
~Fourth bedroom: This bedroom is located downstairs in the walkout basement and features 2 custom full over full bunk beds with pull out twin beds underneath.

Bathrooms
This home has two full bathrooms on the main floor. One is the master suite and the other is located between the two bedrooms adjacent to the master. A half bath is located downstairs. Linens are provided for all sleeping spaces, as well as bath towels and washcloths for each guest. A hair dryer, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are also provided for your convenience.

There is a propane grill onsite for your convenience.

Washer/Dryer
The cabin has a fully functional washer and dryer for your convenience located in the master closet area. Laundry detergent is provided.

BEFORE BOOKING please note that if your reservation requires additional guest fees and/or pet fees, these fees will NOT be shown at time of booking. These fees will be added AFTER you have booked and you have paid the amount due at that time. It's the guest's responsibility to let us know within 48 hours of booking if there are service animals or additional guests that weren't originally listed at the time of booking.

ROAD CONDITIONS: The last mile to the cabin is a privately maintained dirt road with narrow and bumpy sections. Four-wheel-drive vehicles or CHAINS are required in the winter when there’s snow. The road can be rough during the rainy season and icy, slippery, and even snow packed during winter season. ** Approach the cabin at your own risk during the winter time. ** After the snow fall, the HOA may not send a grader to clear the snow for a few days and even if the HOA clears the snow from Walker Road, our short private drive may not be cleared.

PARKING: Guests must park in the driveway with a maximum of 4 cars.
TRASH: In this mountain cabin, there is no trash pick-up service, therefore guests will be responsible to take their trash to a designated dumpster.

** NOTE: There are a few stairs to reach the property’s front door.
** NOTE: Smoke Detectors, Carbon Monoxide Detectors and a Fire Extinguisher are stationed throughout the home for your safety.

We loved our stay at this beautiful cabin. It is STUNNING! Hosts were very helpful with any questions I had. We were very thankful they allowed us early check in and late check out. Cabin was equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed the hot tub and all the indoor games that were provided. There were deer on the driveway when we woke up one of the mornings which was a fun surprise. The views from the back deck are incredible. We would definitely stay here again anytime we are back in the area.

Brystal Pines is a beautiful mountain home, excellent view from large deck with couches & table, ideal location very close to Lynx Lake for hiking/kayaking, and close to Watson, Goldwater lakes, trails, downtown- Whiskey Row & Costco of course. nice place in the mountains

I wanted a place in the mountains to gather my immediate family. This place fit the bill perfectly. The kids had a great time. Everything we needed was here. A few of us did the trail around lynx lake which I enjoyed the the kids felt proud of themselves. Although in the mountains it is a relatively short ride back down to the valley for restaurants, shopping and the sights. Some of us went to whiskey row and checked out the historic saloon there. Overall a great place to stay.

My 50th

We stayed here for my 50th bday and it was FABULOUS! I’m already thinking how I can get back there to stay again! Everything was gorgeous: the views, the home, the furnishings. Wonderful stay - beautiful, comfortable, and clean home

The house was beautiful, clean, and well thought out. My kids loved the custom bunks and the rec room, and my husband and I loved the bright natural light, high ceilings, tasteful design, and spaciousness. The towels and blankets were nice and soft, and there was plenty of space for us to relax. We have family that lives about 7 minutes from the house, so were familiar with the area and the roads and had no issue getting to the house or driving the dirt roads. The views were INCREDIBLE and we can't wait to go back next year! The floor plan would have been great if we had shared with another family. The primary bathroom and ensuite is on one side of the house, then on the other side are the two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower between them. Then the bunk room, rec room, and powder room are on the lower level so perfect for all the kids. Great stay! Thank you for hosting us!

Amazing family trip

This house is just as pictured. Absolutely gorgeous! It is surrounded by pines with a beautiful view from the wrap around deck. The homeowner was easy to get ahold of and was available for questions we had during our stay. This house is on a dirt road up a mountain. It’s not steep but definitely off the beaten path. There are beautiful lakes & hikes nearby. The absolutely only thing I would improve is the lower patio furniture. We will be back!
