Everything about this stay was 5 star and top notch. Well equipped and beautiful place. Quiet and relaxing. Owner was responsive and great overall. I highly recommend this to everyone and will recommend to friends and family when they come to the area. This is the nicest VRBO I've ever stayed in.

The location was convenient to town and to Watson and Lynx Lakes. However, the pictures made it look like it was somewhat remote, so we were surprised to find it in the middle of a neighborhood. The house itself was situated on the property so that the decks had a lovely view of rocks and nature and didn’t look out at the other houses. The house is very clean, nicely decorated and just the right amount of space for 2 people. Kitchen was well equipped. The king-sized bed was very comfortable. The big screen TV was great, but the sofa was uncomfortable due to the low back. You could put your feet up but there was nowhere to rest your head. As a short person, I found several things annoying. The bathroom sink is higher than standard so washing my face resulted in water dripping down my shirt and onto the floor. There were no towel racks just 3 hooks that were so high up I could not reach them. I had to stand on tippy toes to hang my clothes in the closet since the bar was so high (an easy fix). And the upper shelves in the kitchen were so high I couldn’t reach anything on them– again no reason the shelf couldn’t be lowered. Despite these annoyances, we would recommend this place.

The host tried to accommodate my needs in a late checkout with nice response times. The house was beautiful. However it did seem like it would have been more secluded due to the pictures online. Although it was still a great stay!

Kaliva Beta is an ideal choice for a relaxing getaway. The property is beautifully designed, and the attention to detail is evident throughout. Unlike many VRBO rentals, it is exceptionally well-appointed and lacks nothing. The linens and towels are notably soft and high quality, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. The hosts are highly responsive and very welcoming. I would absolutely recommend booking Kaliva Beta (or Alpha) for your next stay in Prescott.

Rachel and Dimitris took great care in designing and curating the experience at Beta and it shows. Really nice touches everywhere that aren't required but add to your overall stay. It's a cozy space but still very comfortable and super clean. It's tucked away in a small neighborhood and right on the Forrest boundary so you get a nice feel for the outdoors and have the occasional wildlife popping up for a visit. We enjoyed the stay, and the host communication is top notch, fast and responsive and greatly appreciated. It's also highly appointed with most everything you need. We have already recommended it to others. Thank you again. R&V

We had a wonderful stay at this Prescott property! The home was absolutely beautiful, spotless, and so peaceful, the perfect getaway. Everything was well cared for, and the quiet surroundings made it easy to relax and recharge. We loved our time here and can’t wait to come back again!
