Lovely rental property in great neighborhood

Overall our stay in this property was delightful. It was well-cared for, in a quiet neighborhood and had a private backyard. The kitchen was well-equipped. The hot tub had issues of not heating and despite efforts from the management company to get it repaired, we were unable to use it. That said, we were promptly compensated for this. Communication and responsiveness were also superb! Thanks for making our first stay in Prescott a lovely one!

Great Location in Prescott

Overall excellent. Reasonably equipped. Could use a few tissue boxes in the bedrooms and living room. Needs more lamps/ lighting in bedrooms and living room. A few bulbs throughout the house need replacing (Master bath and master bedroom). All else working properly. The hot tub was an excellent plus.

Holiday Getaway

This property was exceptionally clean and most well stocked vacation rental I have stayed at. A few issues with the hot tub but the property manager was incredibly fast to respond with all of our issues. Beautiful location.

Overall the property was great for our needs. I encourage anyone to share any issues you have. We had a couple and contacted the property management company and had swift and friendly resolution. The property is more large and has so many amenities.

Cozy and Cute

PMI was wonderful to work with. They addressed all the concerns I had from previous reviews on the property before we arrived. They were for adults we used two bedrooms and baths. House was super clean and as depicted in pictures. Quiet neighborhood about 8 minutes drive from historical downtown. Would stay here again.

Nice house, but much lacking.

The house sleeps 6, but there were only ceramic plates/ glass cups for 4 and 1 wine glass. The rest of the plates are cups are plastic. Not what I expected for such a high nightly rate. The kitchen table only has seating for 4 (which was fine for us) but once again, if you sleep 6 there should be 6 chairs at the dining table and not rely on 2 barstools as acceptable seating. The living room could use more seating. The kitchen has staged (empty) salt and pepper shakers. Powder creamer like what you’d see at a Motel 6. The bed sheets/bath towels/wash cloths are super cheap. Rolling over in bed overnight caused the sheets to pop off. No mattress cover on the beds (eek!) There was no shampoo/conditioner/body was in the primary bedroom. This listing is managed by a local property management company. It is clear that they need to put more thought into hospitality, rather than just managing bookings. Communication can drastically be improved. I sent an inquiry and waiting 3 days without receiving a response. I eventually booked, and asked for a response at booking. I finally heard from someone. Sarah said she would drop off items the day before check-in. I checked in the next day and items were not there. Had to contact the company and Sarah reached out saying she got tied up with her child so she didn’t drop the items off. She came the evening we checked in and dropped them off. There is no clicker for the garage so I had to back my car out, go into the garage close the garage door and run out. Had to enter the front door, go through garage to open it and get back in car to pull into the garage. There are many things to improve on with this listing in order to charge a premium.

Beautiful Home and Community

This home was beautiful. Very spacious and relaxing. We did have a tough time cooking as a lot of handy kitchen items were not available.
