It was an OK stay. The staff was pleasant, the rooms are large, but window area cleanliness was not perfect when I arrived. It's a very nice hotel for a one to two-day tourism stay. I stayed for a week on a business trip. Breakfast did not have a lot of variety. Not sure I'll stay there again next time I am in town.

Pleasant hotel with a nice central pool. Food was plain and fairly uninteresting. Staff generally v helpful. One weird encounter with a waitress who evidently hadn't been taught that the customer comes first.

The people who work at reception rooms and breakfast are very good but this hotel in terms of menu need to change a lot of things. I don’t understand why if you order a plate of steak or fish it’s doesn’t come with any side. In terms of food and the management,this hotel is in a bad way

This was my second time staying at the hotel. We were to stay 3 nights, however our flight from S. Filipe was cancelled therefore we missed or first night, we requested a refund of the first night since flight cancellation was no fault of ours, however it wasn’t honored, was disappointed with that, however, the stay was nice, staff were friendly and eager to help out. Breakfast buffet was exceptional. Lunch was superb.
