Tivemos uma boa estadia no Tri Hotel Praia Grande, em Mongaguá. Quarto limpo e a moça da limpeza simpática e sempre solicita. O café da manhã é muito bom com grande variedade de itens. As piscinas, e mesas, espreguiçadeiras etc. ao redor tb muito boas, porém, como houve muita chuva nos dias em que estivemos, somente meu marido teve coragem de encarar a água gelada da piscina. O Daniel que cuidava do estacionamento e entrada no prédio foi super gentil e simpático conosco. Não temos nada a reclamar do Hotel, somente algumas sugestões: ter no salão de jogos, tabuleiros de damas, xadrez, dominó etc., principalmente para aqueles dias de chuva em que ficamos muito no hotel.

Funcionários educados. Café da manhã bom, mas poderia ter mais variedade. Restaurante com poucas opções de refeições, perdem a oportunidade de ganhar. Piscina boa e limpa, mas poderia abrir mais cedo e não só às 10h, ter mais mesas, a disputa é grande. Limpeza de quarto muito ruim, banheiro só tiraram lixo. Em 5 dias os corredores do hotel não foram limpos, sequer varridos. Só um elevador funcionando, o que faz a espera ser grande. Aceita pet, mas não há estrutura nenhuma para isso, nem na coleira o pet pode andar, somente no colo e não pode ficar em nenhum ambiente do hotel, o ponto mais negativo da minha hospedagem, pois meu pet só podia ficar dentro do quarto ou na rua.

Fiquei com meu filho duas diárias. Não houve arrumação do quarto no segundo dia. O café é suficiente, porém havia muita gente e a equipe pequena da cozinha não dava conta de repor os alimentos e limpar as mesas. Sem serviço de praia. Porém não foi ruim estar lá. Só precisa melhorar essas questões.

O hotel em si é um lugar agradável . Tirando o elevador quebrado que não arrumam, um elevador só , pequeno não dá conta de atender a todos, é muita demora. Os corredores dos andares precisavam colocarem ventilador , porque o calor é demais, não tem ventilação

O hotel não disponibiliza estacionamento seguro para todos os carros, possui somente um elevador, o que dificulta a mobilidade dos clientes, não possui funcionários suficientes para manter tudo limpo e organizado durante o café da manhã. Além disso, em uma das noites fiquei sem tomar banho porque houve alguma problema técnico.
