Very good hotel within walking distance to all the main sites, bars and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good. Our room was very nicely decorated and spotlessly clean, with good bedding.

Excellent breakfast buffet! Totally quiet room (4th floor). Small room, but quite adequate, clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient for walking, tram, and access to Old town. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Perfect location in Prague

The hotel staff were very friendly and professional. We did experience a very short period where the lift was out of action, and with a room on the third floor, that was a pain in the legs. We also had an issue with the door lock on the room failing, but it was sorted in less than an hour. The breakfast offering is excellent, with lots of different choices, whatever your normal breakfast routine. There is a quiet courtyard where you can retreat when city life gets too much. The location is very convenient, being about 30m from the entrance to Národní Trida metro station. Many of the convenient trams also run along the same road.

Quaint, historical hotel in great location with friendly, attentive staff. The junior suites are large but the bathrooms are not. The hotel is in a very walkable location as well as being close to a tram stop. The breakfast buffet has a good selection with choices that cater a bit more to eastern European tastes than typical American options. There is a good bar and cocktail lounge but no restaurant. A solid 4+ hotel.
