Terrible service. Pool was quite dirty two days in a row, no serving staff bothers to offer drinks or anything in the pool area despite claiming they do. The "continental breakfast" offered is extremely limited, with food being overcooked and bland. The menu available at dinnertime is also very limited and portions are small. I requested room service to bring a bucket of ice to our room and waited an hour and a half (even called twice to check) and had to come down to get it myself from the restaurant. The room also seems to have a bad mosquito problem at night, my entire family had multiple bites every morning. They run the hotel with the bare minimum attention to service quality they need just to keep things going, but wont bother to make guests feel welcome. Would definitely not recommend.

Lovely property on a hill, rather secluded and quiet. Away from the noise of the city. However there was no AC in the hallways or breakfast area, very hot even early in the morning when we checked out. The hotel’s washer and dryer which we needed were not working.

Clean hotel even though some was under construction when we got there. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would need a car to get around. They have a ice pool and grounds and a small kids play ground.

It was amazing but at the restaurant we ask for a table to eat tamales those we bought outside and the manager of the restaurant charge $100 pesos for use te place , It was terrible for as.

Reception staff rude. When I arrived I was the only guest at reception, there were 3 employees and none of them was kind enough to help me. I have to wait till someone decided to do my checkin. It was 13:00 and checkin time 15:00, the lady at reception said that she could let me go in but she will have to charge me money for the early checkin. Of course I did not accept, as I think is very rude to ask to pay for 2 hrs, she could have handled it in a more polite way. The hotel looks old, rooms are ok. The only nice thing is the quesadillas and order to make eggs for breakfast

My stay at La Quinta Hotel was a major letdown. The bar, restaurant, and common areas had no air conditioning, making the 40-degree heat unbearable. The pool was out of service, and despite asking to speak with the manager multiple times, I was repeatedly told she was too busy. The lack of care from the staff made for a frustrating and uncomfortable stay.

Everything was fine except we had to move from one bigger room because the one we had was way too small we couldn’t walk in the room bye bumping into each other… and the hall of that floor the ac didn’t work so it was super hot walking thru the hall toward the elevator and we couldn’t go to the pool area because of the mosquito’s

The staff did not answer the phone when we called down to the front desk and to housekeeping. We walked down and the front desk clerk was sitting there on his phone. Due to splotchy internet my room accidentally got booked twice. Hopefully they will refund me the extra anount. Room smelled musty.

Very nice property. This hotel was amazing. The staff was very friendly, The hotel grounds are beautiful. The rooms were nice and clean. The pool area is nice and relaxing. The restaurant was very good and they have a bar/lounge area as well. I will be staying here again the next time i am in the area.
