We went there due to Frozen water at our home. Surprisingly the room was very clean and less hot water great shower pressure exactly what we needed we did not spend the night as we did not need to.

I would really like to discuss a refund - this property was very unclean and I didn’t even feel comfortable taking a shower here, there was so much dirt and debri in the tub and I pulled out about a clump of dirt and hair larger than my arm out of the drain in the tub. The tub drain was stuck shut at first and I had to pry it open to even get the blockages of hair and dirt out: on top of this was the room was very unclean there were over 20 burn holes in the blankets. The floor was never swept and room loomed like it was never cleaned
