This is a fantastic location for your stay as you are in the middle vibrant Southsea with so much on your doorstep! There is an amazing coffee and cake shop - The Garage Lounge just opposite, there are bars, restaurants, shops, hairdressers, what ever you need all within a stones throw! You are also extremely close to the Kings Theatre and s short distance to the seafront or Gunwharf Quays and Portsmouth's historic dockyard.
It is self check-in, we release the access codes to you at midday on the day of arrival ready for 3pm check-in.

This light airy studio is a great base for venturing into Southsea and is a lovely space to relax and unwind when you come back. The room includes a comfortable double bed, ensuite wet room, kitchenette with cooking essentials and breakfast bar.
We can provide a travel cot and/or highchair but please advise in advance if these are required, so we can be sure they are available for your stay.
Most locations are walkable or taxis are plentiful and cheap. We also have Uber. There are frequent buses running nearby. The nearest train station is Fratton which is a 20 min walk. If you are driving - you will require visitor's permits, which can be purchased for £3 per vehicle, per day via our Digital Guidebook which is sent prior to your stay. Parking is hit and miss as Portsmouth is a little overcrowded with vehicles but you will find a space on the main road or in one of the nearby side roads.
• This studio is one of ten in the building and offers self check-in. There is no front desk, but support is available if needed. • Please note there is no lift. The studio is on the second floor and accessed by stairs. • Parking permits are required for on-street parking and can be purchased from us before arrival. • Please be mindful of quiet hours between 11pm and 8am, as this is a residential building. • All properties are non-smoking, including any Juliet balcony/terrace. • There are no on-site laundry facilities, however a launderette is a short walk away. • A starter supply of essentials is provided. Additional supplies can be purchased locally during your stay. • For stays of 28 days or more, an increased cleaning fee applies per stay.

The room was very clean, airy and comfortable. The tiny issue was the shower drain took a long time for the water to go down. Location was really great and the place matches it title.

Gute Lage in Southsea
Der Check-In war per Mail , nach Erhalt der Mail muss man sich auf der Homepage registrieren. Danach wird im Travelbook der Zimmercode angezeigt. Leider kommen die Mails sehr sehr spät. Man sitzt schon fast im Auto und will los fahren, aber noch keine Check-In Mail erhalten. Das sorgt erstmal für verunsicherung. Aber es klappte dann gut.
Die Lage ist Klasse, ringsum Pup's und Restaurant's. Das Zimmer ist zwar klein aber völlig in Ordnung und Sauber. Leider war das Doppel Bett sehr schmal und nur eine Bettdecke da. Bei Ankunft habe ich bemerkt, das der Batteriedeckel der Fernbedienung fehlte, nach Abfahrt bekam ich eine Mail, das der Deckel fehlt. Nach Rücksprache war das dann erledigt. Zeigt mir aber, das bei Check-In, der nicht persönlich ist, alles kontrolliert werden muß und sofort Reklamiert werden muß.
