Hi, Unterkunft war alles in allem i.O. Leider sind die Bilder auf FEWO schon sehr alt und noch vom damaligen Neubau. Es fehlten die 4 blauen Sessel auf den Bildern auch waren nur 3 Sonneniegen vorhanden. Tischtennisplatte ist nicht vorhanden. Die Ofenplatte kann nicht mit dem Herd zusammen benutzt werden sonst fliegt die Hauptsicherung. Kochen war daher nur sehr eingeschränkt möglich. Der Grill ist auch in die Jahre gekommen. Gas vor Ort musste selber organisiert werden. Am schlimmsten war jedoch dass der Haupteingang aufgebrochen wurde und wir uns daher nicht sicher fühlten. Positiv waren der schöne Salzwasserpool . Tipp. Ameisenpulver mitnehmen. Die Probleme wurden an den Vermieter kommuniziert. Leider kam keine Antwort.....Wer mit diesen Einschränkungen leben kann für den ist diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall eine gute Wahl. Gruß Thomas

Architektonisch wunderschön, leider mit deutlichen MängelnDie Unterkunft ist architektonisch wirklich sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Leider entsprach der tatsächliche Zustand nicht der Beschreibung und unseren Erwartungen.Viele Dinge, die im Laufe der Zeit offensichtlich kaputt gegangen sind, wurden leider nicht repariert. Auch die Sauberkeit ließ deutlich zu wünschen übrig – es wurde offenbar nur sehr oberflächlich gereinigt. Wir mussten zunächst selbst Reinigungsmittel kaufen und den Schmutz der vorherigen Gäste beseitigen. In mehreren Zimmern gab es Schimmel und starke Feuchtigkeit, zudem waren einige Wasserschäden deutlich sichtbar. Der Geruch in den Kinderzimmern war leider sehr unangenehm.Auch das Eingangstor war defekt und lag teilweise in der Einfahrt. Dadurch war der Zugang zum Grundstück nicht ausreichend gesichert, sodass grundsätzlich jederzeit jemand in den Garten- bzw. Poolbereich gelangen konnte.Zusätzlich fanden sich sowohl im Haus als auch im Garten und auf der Terrasse sehr viele Ameisen.Insgesamt ist das Konzept und die Gestaltung der Unterkunft wirklich toll, allerdings wird der positive Eindruck durch den mangelhaften Pflege- und Erhaltungszustand deutlich getrübt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war für uns daher leider nicht angemessen.
