This is a really lovely property in an idyllic situation. Beautiful situation with total calm and 2 lovely terraces with shade. Michel the owner could not have been more helpful, welcoming and friendly. And the surrounding area is absolutely fabulous, and beaches very close. We will certainly be coming again.

Inaccurate Listing

We arrived, the place was dirty and not as advertised. There was no views, the beds had no cover/sheets/duvet and the shower was external. It was advertised as 3 bedroom not two, so we left and stayed in a hotel, out of our own pocket.

Beautiful location, very nice place - great for families

We enjoyed our 2 week vacation at this property, the place is close to beaches, very quite and in addition to the villa available here there are 2 smaller mini-villas that can be rented from the owner, who lives there as well. We enjoyed the interaction with the owner and consider this place for future stays.

Ruhige Ferienwohnung im Grünen nahe bei wunderschönen Stränden

Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Umgebung, viel Grün und gepflegt. Das Interieur ist in die jahregekommen, aber hat seinen eigenen Charme. Besonders schön ist der Maulbeerbaum auf der Terrasse, der natürlichen Schatten spendet. Leider hat das WLAN nicht funktioniert. Geht laut Aussage des Vermieters nicht mit deutschem Mobilfunkanbieter. Das sollte man beachten. Auch, dass die Klimaanlage extra berechnet wird und nicht im Mietpreis inbegriffen ist hat mich überrascht/bzw. habe ich überlesen. Der Weg zur Unterkunft war wg. Starkregen abenteuerlich ausgeschwemmt, aber das ist typisch für Korsika. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis finde ich nicht ausgewogen, aber in dieser Gegend wohl üblich. Insgesamt haben wir uns wohlgefühlt und der Vermieter ist freundlich und zurückhaltend.

Excellent séjour à Palombagia

Si vous aimez être dans au soleil de Corse et proche de la nature , dans un endroit paisible et reposant et à proximité d'une des plus belles plages du monde, venez prendre résidence de vacances dans une des villas de Michel Simon. Présent tout en étant discret , il saura vous conseiller gentiment sur votre environnement. L'endroit est tout simplement superbe.

Lieux très agréable au milieu du maquis. Très bon positionnement pour découvrir les plages et la montagne. Idéal pour une famille. Le propriétaire est à votre écoute, très disponible et de bons conseils pour visiter la région.

Very nice location next to Palombaggia beach

The house is very nicely located next to the Palombaggia beach. There is no direct access to the beach, however it is easy to get there by bike or car (2km distance). The house is built within the forest, on a very silent and peaceful stretch of the beach. The building is well maintained and very clean. The interior is quite complete, perhaps with a little "patina" when it comes to style and appliances, but this did not bother us at all. We truly enjoyed the large terraces. Thanks to the surrounding trees there is always a fair amount of shade throughout the day. The landlord Michel Simon is a very kind person that lives next to the house and is always available in case of questions or additional services.
