Great potential

Our first impression of Le Carre Noir was breathtaking. The drive up was dramatic, the view spectacular. The staff were cordial but we were offered no help with our bags and the key card system was down when we arrived. The rooms were very nice and the pool was beautiful, though we never saw anyone there. At first we had sticker shock from the price but as our vacation went on we realized that Corsica is just one expensive place to be. The location was great in that we were close to some of the finest beaches anywhere, but, otherwise, there is nothing else in the vicinity, as the hotel is in the middle of an enormous complex of residential cabins.

Séjour totalement en dessous des attentes

Descriptif des chambres non conforme sur le site versus la réalité. Une chambre avec 2 lits doubles et un canapé réservée, et à l’arrivée on nous dit que ce genre de chambres n’existent pas. La réceptionniste étant très agréable et à l’écoute nous a aidé à faire le canapé lit à notre arrivée. Petit dej bien trop cher pour ce qui est proposé. Je ne recommande pas du tout à part pour la gentillesse du personnel.

Une belle vue mais pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles

Dans le cadre de notre voyage de noce, nous avons séjournés dans l'hôtel carré noir. Accueil sympathique, très belle vue. Néanmoins gâché par le manque criant d'entretien de l'établissement. Ex peinture de la chambre s'ecaillant, baies vitrées (chambre et piscine) sale. Robinet sdb sans mousseur... Lit jumeau cote/cote, aucune attention vs motif de notre séjour Très loin des standards des hôtels 4 étoiles, cet établissement laisse à croire n'avoir simplement voulu cocher que certaines cases pour obtenir cette certification 4 étoiles (vue, chaussons, bouilloir, ...).

Un hôtel de rêve !!!

Un weekend de rêve a Porto Vecchio. Cet hôtel est très agréable à tous les niveaux, le personnel est adorable, les chambres sont modernes, spacieuses et très confortable, la douche est immense. La vue sur la baie de Santa Giulia est magnifique, le plus beau spot étant la piscine au dernier étage, le calme absolu, des transats de rêve et une piscine ronde dans laquelle on a envie de rester. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour vos séjours !!!

En upplevelse av besvikelse. Wifi inkluderar spamfiler som gör att alla sidor utanför Frankrike .fr räknas som spam. Otrevlig personal. Poolområdet var låst. Frukosten är inte värt priset, köp egen mat eftersom hotellet ej har egen restaurang. Bil är ett måste.

Stor besvikelse!

Förväntningarna var höga efter att ha sett bilder och läst på om hotellet. Du betalar för utsikten, bra ac i rummet och personalens leende. Personalen pratar dålig eller ingen engelska. Frukosten kostade 30€ för två och inkluderade råa ägg, unken juice och yoghurt som kunde köpas för några cent i vilken matbutik som helst samt pålägg som undviks. Vid flera tillfällen under dygnet gick vi till poolen men området var låst. Vi blev rekommenderade att ta bilen ner till stranden då det är en brant backe dit. Men vi upptäckte själva att det kostade 5 € att åka på den vägen. Vi satte oss också på terassen i stolar som vilken vuxen persson som helst kan få nackspärr av efter användning. Det saknas restaurang på hotellet och vi såg ingen bar. Det är ett måste att ha bil för att ta sig till ett matställe. När personalen därefter bröt mot var god stör ej skylten som tydligt satt på dörren två gånger. Bestämde vi oss för att lämna hotellet en dag tidigare än planerat. Personalens försökte vid utcheckningen avkräva oss på pengar för hotellnätter som var betalda i förväg och som verifierats av hotels. När vi fått kvittot efter utcheckningen och var lättade över att få åka, kom de utspringandes och tillade att vi ska betala stadsskatt också. Personalen verkar oerfaren och saknar direktiv. Definitivt ej värt det höga priset.

Posizione eccellente, alto rapporto qualità prezzo

La nota maggiormente positiva è certamente la posizione, sulle colline sopra la baia di santa Giulia. Dalla nostra camera, con terrazzo, si godeva di una vista splendida sulla baia, con bellissimi tramonti. La camera era piuttosto piccola , soprattutto in rapporto al prezzo. Insufficiente la qualità dei servizi: al nostro arrivo abbiamo chiesto se ci fosse la possibilità di mangiare un gelato o qualcosa di simile, ci è stato detto di rivolgerci al ristorante dell' albergo, posto a qualche centinaia di metri di strada abbastanza disagevole. Arrivati al ristorante, non abbiamo potuto acquistare nulla perché non c'è stata la possibilità di addebitare la spesa sul conto dell'hotel. La piscina è piccola, con acqua non molto pulita, non c'è un bar o un distributore di bibite e nemmeno una doccia. Tutto sommato non è stata un' esperienza negativa ( il panorama è veramente splendido ), ma anche considerando le tariffe in Corsica in alta stagione, il prezzo è alto rispetto all' offerta.
