Pontos que devem ser melhorados

De modo geral a estadia foi boa, mas a pousada deve urgentemente rever algumas questões que deixam a estadia bem mediana. Primeiro ponto: reservei o quarto duplo no site dos hoteis. com, e ao chegar lá o quarto era diferente do qual eu havia reservado, fui reclamar na recepção solicitando uma possível troca mas foi negado. Segundo ponto: eu e minha amiga chegamos cada um com uma mala de 23 kg mais bolsas, a minha amiga pediu uma ajuda com a mala que estava pesada para subir e o recepcionista simplesmente falou que não poderia auxiliar, e após a negativa ele nos ajudou com a bolsa. Terceiro ponto: Nós temos que sempre deixar a chave na recepção ao sair da pousada, não vejo necessidade alguma, e um ponto que entendo ser necessário resolver urgente, e sempre os hóspedes ficarem na dependência de ter alguém na recepção para abrir o portão, eu nunca vi isso, viajo sempre e já fiquei em vários hotéis e pousadas e nunca fiquei nessa dependência. Darei o exemplo do dia 22/09, pois ficamos até de madrugada na rua aproveitando a noite em Arraial e ao chegar tivemos que ficar tocando o interfone por uns 10 minutos até aparecer alguém, ou seja, ficamos suscetíveis a qualquer situação na rua e ressalto isso era por volta das 02:00 da manhã, não era mais fácil cada hóspede ter uma tag para abrir o portão? A pousada é boa, mas precisa melhorar - e devo ressaltar que a localização é perfeita.

Localização dos chalés muito ruim

Pousada boa, porém tenho 64 anos e estava sozinha e fui colocada em um quarto na parte superior de difícil p chegar no quarto. Solicitei alteração e foi recusada. Idoso deveria ser colocado dos quartos em baixo.

Localização excelente

A pousada é muito bem localizada, pertinho do principal centro turístico com lojas e restaurantes de Arraial d’Ajuda. A pousada é muito bonita, os quartos são como chalés, separados uns dos outros. A piscina sempre limpa e o café da manhã com várias opções, porém não fazem tapiocas e omeletes, mas tem bastante opção. Um ponto negativo do quarto é a baixa iluminação, achei o quarto escuro, e a porta que após ser trancada ficou uma fresta bem grande, acabei colocando uma toalha na hora de dormir por medo de entrar algum bicho.

Péssima experiencia

A pousada é bonita muito arborizada porém nos colocaram um um quarto isso se eu puder chamar aquilo de quarto, um lugar horrível um calabouço sem ventilação nos fundos de frente para uma cerca. Lugar não condizente com as fotos. Eu estava com uma pessoa com deficiência o lugar era de difícil acesso . Falei com o recepcionista (Adriano) que foi muito grosseiro dizendo que não tinha vaga em outros chalés sendo que havia muitos chalés vazios e ele ainda me disse que se eu não estivesse satisfeita que era pra procurar outro lugar. Café da manhã muito fraco tbm e não pegava quase nenhum canal nem mesmo a Globo.

Pousada boa em Ajuda

A pousada é gostosa, com muitas arvores, assim como a cama (colchao firme), lencois (de algodao, frios) e os travesseiros. A piscina é uma delicia. O cafe da manha é fraco. Suco de goiaba aguado. E, apenas, pao de queijo ruinzinho como opcao sem.gluten. Estava tendo um.show na praca que durou ate uma hora da manha e atrapalhou para dormir (domingo para segunda) e o recepcionista Mateus nao se oferece para carregar a mala (disse que sao normas da casa). Acho que ele podia ter sido mais gentil. Ainda assim, recomendo a pousada.

Pousada muito bem localizada, ao lado do centro histórico e próxima das praias centrais. O único inconveniente é o barulho de carros, pois os quartos ficam próximos a rua.
