Amazing location!

Amazing hotel! The pools are next to the bar and restaurant, in front of the beach. Beach service with chairs and umbrellas is available only for hotel guests. We're coming back again soon!

Atendimento impecável. Mesmo com nosso voo sendo apenas à noite, conseguimos utilizar toda a estrutura do hotel durante o dia. Além disso, disponibilizaram um quarto de apoio para banho antes de irmos ao aeroporto. Esse cuidado fez toda a diferença na experiência. A localização é pé na areia de uma praia tranquila. E é literalmente de frente para a balsa, com acesso fácil às demais praias da região. Há vans em frente ao hotel, funcionando o tempo todo, o que facilita muito a logística, com tarifa de apenas R$ 6. Foi uma estadia muito confortável, prática e acolhedora. Recomendo.

É a segunda vez que ficamos no hotel e gostamos no geral ao que se refere a estrutura, café da manhã, pé na areia e facilidade para se locomover aos demais pontos turísticos da região. Mas gostaria de colocar um ponto de melhoria. Tem que ter um controle sobre os hóspedes que ficam reservando lugar na praia e na piscina. As vezes, até nos dois lugares ao mesmo tempo. Chegamos na piscina às 10 da manhã e de umas 8 mesas não tinha nenhuma Ocupada a não ser pelos pertences que deixam pra reservar. Se não existe colaboração por parte dos hóspedes é dever do hotel fazer este controle.

O quarto tem um tamanho adequado, sendo que os pontos positivos são o ar condicionado novo e as camas. O banheiro precisa de reforma, e a TV tem que ser maior e ter uma boa imagem. A limpeza do quarto peca em relação aos copos, os quais não são limpos. O restaurante tem comida boa, mas o ideal seria ter mais opções de prato. Além disso, a carta de vinhos é restrita e mesmo os vinhos que nela consta nem sempre tem.

Eu gostei de tudo! Localização, perto da Balsa, pé na areia, equipe de limpeza, do restaurante, da recepção, pessoal muito solícito, pronto para servir. Instalações novas, muito boas, bom gosto, tudo limpinho. Vista maravilhosa, afinal de contas, de frente para o mar. Piscinas lindas e ótimas. Foi a segunda vez que nos hospedamos no Aquarela. O quarto é confortável, a cordialidade e atendimento dos funcionários é excepcional. A área de lazer muito agradável. A única observação é que as toalhas do quarto estavam com cheiro de fumaça, mas foi logo resolvido. O atendimento do restaurante à noite tb fica um pouco prejudicado por cota do número de funcionários, mas nada que desabone o hotel.

PIOR DO QUE COMIDA DE HOSPITAL E CARÍSSIMA!!

Olá! O hotel é ok para o que se propõe. O quarto é bom! Tivemos um problema com o ar condicionado que foi resolvido em segundos. A limpeza está sempre em dia nos quartos, mas na área do restaurante e praia, deixa a desejar… eles recolhem pratos, talheres e copos, mas não passam um pano nas mesas, então, ao longo do dia vai juntando migalhas, pombos e outros passarinhos (muitos), o que vc tem que ficar espantando o tempo todo. O staff, em todas as áreas, exceto recepção, são bem atenciosos. A estrutura do hotel é ótima! Como nas fotos. A praia na frente tem uma faixa de areia extensa, um privilégio na região. Uma única coisa a reclamar realmente e que não nos fará voltar, o hotel é afastado do agito, que era o que procurávamos, mas a COMIDA é CARÍSSIMA e PÉSSIMA!!! Do tipo, não saberem fritar um peixe ou uma batata, mas sabem cobrar caro por aquilo!! E isso “estragou” um pouco a nossa viagem, já que nos obrigava a sair para fazer as refeições, o que não era nossa intenção. Fizemos do limão uma limonada… caso não queiram sair pra jantar, o iFood funciona bem, apesar de demorar um pouco a entrega por conta da distância.. e tem um churrasco grego entre os restaurantes que deixou saudade. No centro, Manguti, Paulo Pescador, entre outros que não me lembro os nomes, apaziguaram a chateação com a COMIDA HORRENDA com um PREÇO ABSURDO!!
