I liked that it was very close to the airport, had free shuttle to the airport, friendly staff, clean rooms and comfortable beds. It was just the basics, but that is all I needed.

We stayed there in two different days during our trip. We had a great experience. Spacious rooms, quiet neighborhood, and very close to the airport. The staff was great too. We will come back since we are using Porto as an alternative when coming to visit our family.

The staff were excellent. They noticed it was my birthday and sent a small bottle of champagne up for me. My room was lovely. It did face the train tracks and was a bit noisy, but I slept well with ear plugs. I had a very early flight and took the shuttle at 3:30am. I really appreciated my shuttle driver that morning, getting me to the airport at such a crazy hour with a smile on her face.

I liked the convenient access to the airport along with the very clean facility and friendly helpful staff. I do miss not having a way to make coffee in the room though.

The Stuff is friendly and knowledgeable. Bit hard to park. Got issue was no heating capable in the room. Great things is Airport shuttle also picked us at rental car facility when returning.

I liked the size and cleanliness of the room itself. The shower needed some improvement but it was ok. The bed was comfortable and the linens crisp. There was no breakfast service but they had a free shuttle to the airport . That was great.
