- Check-in: we are available for check-in until 20:00; from 20:00 to 24. 00 you will be charged an extra cost of € 20.00; from 24:00 onwards you will be charged an extra cost of € 40.00;
- Check-out: the accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure (unless otherwise agreed)
- Lease agreement: at the time of check-in, the lease agreement relating to your holiday will be signed.
- Payment of the tourist tax: the Municipality of Porto Cesareo applies the tourist tax. Please note that this tax is payable upon entering the property: the tax is equal to € 1.00 per day per person; the tax is applied up to a maximum of n. 7 consecutive nights; NOTE: certain subjects are exempted from paying the tax, including: a) minors up to the day of their 16th birthday; b) the elderly from the day of their 70th birthday.
