Excellent property

Wonderful 3 day getaway in Porto Alegre. The hotel is smack in the center of everything. Walking distance to major attractions, market place, shopping center and main square. Lots of restaurants and bars in the area yet quiet and peaceful property. Wifi worked great and breakfast was adequate and lots of variety

This hotel is very well positioned and I thought it was very good value. I booked the premium room which was fine, overlooking the theatre gardens and the church. the breakfast was fine for me - as I only eat fruit but there were plenty of other things on offer. I would definitely re book. There is a gym and a free shiatsu massage. Free wifi which works. very central

Solid business hotel at Primo Tourist Location

A hard core Latin American mid-range business hotel. Location is unbeatable if you plan to tour the myriads of downtown Porto Alegre attractions. Located at the entrance of a small local shopping center, the hotel's bar and coffeeshop is also one of the higher-end coffee shop / bar in the mall. If you go into the mall and down two levels and out to the street, turn right on the ornament stoned walk and you're at the center of Rua Da Praia tourist-walk ... with Museu de Art do Rio Grade do Sul Ado Malgoli, Santander Cultural, Paco Municipal, and then the charming Central Public Market. Turn left and you'll be going through Museu Hipolito Jose da C, Casa de Cultura Mario Q., Military Museum, Igreja N. S. das Dores, and ending in the Re-vitalized power plant as a cultural center at the edge of the water - Gasometro! If you walk out the front door and across the street, you're right at Theatro Sao Pedro, followed by the beautiful dome'd Catedral Metropolitana - together with many other historical building, libraries, and museums clustered within short walking distances. From the hotel's location, Uber to and from ALL extended tourist regions are very affordable from this location.... Cidade Baixa, Bom Fim, Lima e Silva, Moinhos de Vento, and Menino Deus. Hotel itself is well maintained. Has safe in room, hair dryer, and a work desk and chair. Well thought out for business with free WifI and plenty of 110v blade recepticals together with local 220v 3-round prongs.

Quick Overnighter in Porto Alegre

It was not unpleasant. It was a place to stay, take care of business and move on. It had the basics and located at the entrance of a mall it made comfortable to find coffee shops and eateries. As they had no in-house service. Which was a bit surprising being Brasil. It is a lean service other than that I have no comment.

Minha experiência, primeira vez em POA, foi excelente. Hotel muito bom, não luxuoso, mas atendeu muito bem. Única coisa que deveria melhorar é o café da manhã. Achamos fraco, opinião de muitos, pois o nosso grupo era grande. No nosso caso, somos mineiras, e estamos acostumadas com um café mais generoso. O restante é sem queixas, muito bom! E parabenizamos POA pela incrível recuperação depois da horrível tragédia do ano passado. Queremos voltar! Obrigada!

O hotel é bem localizado, centro,Funcionarios atenciosos, entretanto no 1º dia, apesar de deixarmos o indicativo de arrumação da umidDe em tempo hábil não foi arrumado. Café da manha é muito fraco, e pela 2ª vez em tres, apesar de pedirmos quarto de frente para a catedral com muita antecedencia, pagarmos suite premium, pois segundo o atendimento quando liguei, obtive a informação que teria que ser esse tipo de unidade para a localização desejada, foi nos disponibilizado uma habitação lateral, quando reclamamos, apesar de ser fim de semana, o hotel está vazio, sermos o primeiro carro do estacionamento, foi nos informado que não havia disponibilidade, infelizmente apesar do local ser muito agradável para mim que trabalhei por 20 anos na região e tenho recordações agradáveis, foi nossa última vez.
