Não há do que reclamar. Porém como já fiquei no intercity em Curitiba, esse perde um pouco por ter uma tv antiga, e também no café algumas coisas que podiam ser quentes estavam frias. Em compensação quarto é bem grande, cama boa, e fomos super bem atendidos por todos funcionários.

Na chegada, o quarto reservado não estava disponível. Apenas após apresentar as fotos do aplicativo e insistir na acomodação escolhida e reservada, o recepcionista Adriano acionou sua gestora, que após a minha insistência resolveu a situação. Durante a estadia, não houve limpeza do quarto nem reposição de amenities, mesmo após deixar a solicitação na porta e entrar em contato com a recepção via WhatsApp. Diante disso, eu mesma precisei limpar e organizar o quarto e pedir pelo menos “toalhas limpas”. A mobília e as roupas de cama são excelentes, porém o banheiro apresentou problemas: suportes de toalhas e sabonete quebrados e o registro do chuveiro solto, chegando a cair sobre meus pés. Essas questões também foram reportadas à recepção, mas não houve atenção ou solução por parte da manutenção. Os funcionários são cordiais, porém o atendimento é lento. Destaco positivamente o recepcionista Adriano, que foi simpático e sempre solícito, um atendimento excepcional, o único que superou as expectativas. O café da manhã é muito bom.
Momento em que retornamos ao quarto e a placa estava no mesmo lugar.
Data de arrumação na casa e quarto.
Sem limpeza no banheiro e falta de reposição dos itens de higiene.
