One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in, from the toilet clogging and flooding the bathroom to being given an occupied room. Traveling alone with a toddler is hard enough, add on lugging suitcases and a stroller up 3 floors only to go back down for a different room. The worst part was being woken up late at night and being told by hotel staff that I needed to go down to the front desk and check in because the room I was in was not registered. I refused to wake up my child and told them to handle it, they offered to call the room phone and figure it out. At checkout I was told I would be refunded, that never happened. I reached out and received no response. My advice, stay away!

I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the door to my room. Place was huge and nice, great bargain for the price. If you don’t like weed smell in hallways this place isn’t for you. I was completely fine with it. Only downside is no airport shuttle. Besides that I’d book again these rooms are HUGE

I do not understand how this hotel is rated "8.0 very good", surely those reviews are not for the same "Sojourn Suites" that I stayed at. 1st room I was given, I arrive at the room and the door is partially open. As I cautiously approach and start to push the door open I realize a maintenance person is laying on the floor working under the sink that is just inside the door. So I waited outside for about 5 minutes, when I realize he/she is not going to be done anytime soon I go back to the front desk. Then I'm told to wait as they had no other available rooms yet (to be fair this was about 30 minutes before their check-in time). So I wait, of course they don't bother to tell me when another room is available so I have to stand in line again. So now I'm given another room, I'm in the room for about 3 minutes when suddenly someone attempts to open the door. The only thing that stopped them from opening it was because I had engaged the safety bolt. I go and open the door, fully expecting to see another guest trying to enter to find out that it was housekeeping checking to make sure there were towels in the room - they tried to enter the room without knocking first! Next, there were two TV's in the room and neither of them worked. One of the remotes didn't have any batteries in it, but even using the buttons on the TV it would not turn on. This hotel is very dated, they need to bulldoze it and build a modern hotel that doesn't look like it's still living in the 70's.

I stayed here as a solo traveler and for 1 night. Overall, it was a good experience. The check in and out process was easy and quick. This is a well-lit property located in a quiet and safe area of town. Staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The room was exactly as pictured, except it did show signs of wear and tear in terms of furniture and the carpet. The room was clean, neat and everything was in working order. It was a king suite, extremely large and comfortable. Just the freezer was a little dirty. Something spilled in there and it wasn’t cleaned out. Other than that, I have no complaints. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was fine and the staff were nice, but you could definitely tell its glory days were behind it. The hotel rooms were huge though, so that was a plus. But everything was very dated and was definitely not in brand new shape. That said, the location was great and the price was very good, so I would still consider staying here again.

Absolutely PERFECT for our High School Team!!!

The Room layout/size was incredible along with the ease of parking. The interior way above the exterior and was an AMAZING price for location. Service was top notch. The hotel does need more "renovation", but for groups/people needing GREAT SIZE for rooms and not expecting 4/5-star quality... I would stay there again without hesitation as long as they don't increase to the $150 a night or more!

This property is a little dated but it’s AMAZING, it is very clean and the rooms are like huge, it has a living room space with kitchen very spacious bathroom, will definitely be staying at this facility next time we’re in town

The lady at the front desk was nice and professional. The conditions of the property were lacking. It was definitely in need of a remodel. No Breakfast? No cream for my coffee in my room? Dirty carpets.
