Had to settle for a regular king room instead of the suite I booked weeks in advance because at 4:03 the suite still wasn’t ready. The doors in the room state check in is at 3:00. We checked in at 2:00 to see if the room was ready early. Apparently the 2 hours we waited wasn’t enough time to clean the room i booked. I was more than willing to pay an early check in fee. I understand lapse of staff happens but as a business you had all day to figure that out. I was offered a free appetizer and drink for the trouble. We already ate out trying to waste 2 hours because the room wasn’t ready? The people in line after me were offered the same “treat”
