Check in staff was poor. Needs training. Parking $6 for 0-3 hours. Unloaded bags in room. Then headed to airport to pick up and paid $6. Then another $14 for overnight. Otherwise park on street and with need for handicap parking paying was only option. Non smoking floor but smelled strong like weed. Breakfast is $17 or order off a menu for $4 for coffee $15 for bacon omelette.

Very nice staff. We parked our car here for 2 weeks and we were pleased that the parking was gated. The room was nice and clean. The shuttle service to and from the airport was great! We will use the Radison on our next trip!

Place has changed a lot since my 1st stay here about 1.5 years ago, no more room service, the restaurants food quality has changed for the worse, you have to pay to park in their lot $14 per night (not new) then they decide to charge whatever they want to whenever they want to, I was charged the full amount at check in when was supposed to just be the refundable deposit, then before I even checked out of the hotel they charged my card again then when I called front desk & simply asked why I was charged again for more $ all she could do was transfer me to the managers voice-mail, this way Christmas day by the way & that charge overdrew my account, so now have to wait til next week to hope this gets resolved!! Needless to say I will never be staying here again! Beware!

This hotel has become the go-to when visiting friends. Reliable airport shuttle for pick-up & drop-off. Clean, comfortable, & spacious rooms. Only been to the restaurant once for dinner & food was delicious. Haven't yet timed a stay to try their breakfast.

I waited for over an hour in the Rain and the cold for the shuttle that never arrived. (They told me 10-15 minutes wait) Oddly, every hotel shuttle except this one came by 2-3 times during the time I waited. I hopped a Sheridan shuttle and got a reservation immediately. I tried to contact them to cancel my reservation and got no response. So I’m out $150.
