Food at the restaurant was good. Bed comfort was not good, pillows were uncomfortable and they were not queen beds as stated. The outdoor lights were too bright and you had no control to shut the outdoor light off which made the room too bright. There was not enough lighting in the room to read or anything similar at night. Also there were no outdoor chairs where our room was located. Ice machine was not working our whole stay. Pool was shut down for most of the day on one of the days and the temperature in the pool was too hot when operating. The pool was also very small and falling apart. They did not clean our room, make the beds daily, or replenish coffee k cups/toiletries.

The only positive thing is it's close to the beach and theres parking. But for the rest it was a very bad experience, beds are uncomfortable, the futon mattress is impossible to sleep on it you feel all the futon metal in your back, mattress is finished. They dont mention that its a none smoking property, you have to smoke outside their territory. Ice machine doesn't work, they told me to go buy , theres a depanneur not far instead of offering a solution. There was 6-7 dead insect's right beside the bed and the futon was full of dog hair. I'll stop here...and let you discover the rest if you book there!

When we arrived we immediately noticed a musty smell in our room, the ceiling tiles in the bathroom were falling down, hinges on bathroom door coming off. We went immediately to the office and there were no other rooms available. We were told someone would come the next morning to fix ceiling tiles no one showed. We went back again and the gentleman at the desk came himself to fix the tile which too over an hour and a half. Very disappointing

Would Stay Again

We booked a balcony room. It was on the third floor, and there were no elevators. Folks with mobility issues should be aware of this when booking. Our room had 2 double beds. One of them was very uncomfortable; it felt like the springs were poking through. It turned out the mattress was on upside down! We were thankfully able to flip it. The room was spacious with basic amenities, but lacked things like coat hooks or a closet. It was really clean except for the floor, which felt sandy from the start. My biggest complaint is that the property is lit up like an airport runway all night long. The room had blinds but no curtains, so our room was never dark. I ended up having to buy a sleep mask to be able to sleep in the room. Despite all of the above, we would stay here again. The proximity to the beach was fantastic (right across from a public access street). The pool on the property was also great. While we didn't eat at the on-site restaurant, it was frequently busy and the food I spotted there looked good.

This property is ok. It is a little i er a mile to get to the playland & arcades but 2 minutes to beach access. However, the stove did not work, the toilet did not flush well & there was only one i e machine & it did not work. The pool is small but clean but the pavement around pool was sandy & not swept at all. The bed pillows are very small. Not the comfort I am use to. I would not recommend this property.

1st impression looks nice on the outside ..clean- has a pool, little bar area.. but that's where it ends sort of ...you have a suite on the 3rd floor..guess what no elevator..hump up all the luggage...ok get in the room "looks" nice , renovated maybe new flooring, paint (the lipstick) as we get settled in things are a bit "off" like the night stand power, maybe the plug is bad yup and missing the cover plate which has the mattress pushed right up to an open circuit. but wait there's more. we asked for 2 queens these are like twins at best..what? ok then put the kids on the pullout sleeper, mom on 1 twin & dad on the other.. sat down to take off shoes and the box spring collapses to the floor ..you cant make this stuff up.. on both beds the box springs are broken cracked unbelievable (imagine kids jumping)..the last few items are the missing escutcheon on the sprinklers (cover plates) & the fire alarm was disconnected and hanging by the wire from the ceiling. Also, no secondary door safety latch non Electronic the overall back off house needs a lot of common sense upkeep the door to enter the stairs had a pile of trash right in front see all the pictures

Good location

This was our second time staying here, overall it was a great stay because of the location but there were a few things that were upsetting. The ice machine was down all 5 days we were there which is super inconvenient especially when we needed ice for the beach. Second, the WiFi never worked it doesn’t reach the second floor and they replaced the couch in the suite to a small, cheap futon. Luckily, we only needed the king bed because the futon would never be comfortable to sleep on never mind sit on.
