There were some hairs around in the bathroom and on the desk. The carpet was dirty. The shower floor was dingy. The room could have been cleaner. The guests across the hall kept congregating loudly in the hall and seemed to be smoking in their room. Otherwise the set up and layout was good and the location was convenient. While the welcome cocktails were a nice touch I don't drink and it didn't add much value for me. Check in staff was efficient. Could have used a little more help for breakfast to go and what I read on the website was not the information she had so that was a little awkward. Decent accommodations.

This was the best airport hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Everything was perfect - easy check in, quick and delicious room service and prompt shuttle service less than 2 minutes drive from PWM. Everywhere (rooms, hallways, lobby) was spotless and customer service very friendly throughout. Ours was a short stay so we didn’t even take advantage of the evening reception or free breakfast but they looked nice and further adds to the great value of this property. Loved the flight monitors in the lobby so you can track delays in real time and a convenient kiosk with an above average wine selection for this type of shop. I would 100% recommend booking this hotel.

Room was clean. Couch had a cigarette burn on it and had a stain on the cushion. Bathroom/shower nice, liked the soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers. No little note pad with pen available, which was odd. Didnt like the fact tv streaming services were not all free. First hotel I've ever been to where i was expected to pay for tv. Staff was helpful, had confusion with key card. Hotel was acceptable for my needs, one night.
