great but check elevator maint times they are mad

The hotel was great quality and a nice roof hide out, staff were very helpful , and it would be 5 star if it wasn’t for the elevator maintenance. They took both elevators out of service at the same time 20 mins before check out time 11am the notices were on the inside of each elevator that we could not call or see….. This shows no common sense what so ever, apart from delaying my departure and carrying cases on stairs the stupidity was anoying

The reservation was an Expedia error. I called the hotel to explain the error. I was told only Expedia could cancel the transaction. Expedia said the hotel wouldn’t cancel. Thus I am stuck to pay for a reservation that was made in error on June 1 for June 1. Nice shell game by you and Expedia.
