First family vacations 3 generations

We enjoyed the neighbor, pool two houses away. Neighbor all friendly. Golf carts a must for grandparent, handicap adult, and teenage girls.Family planning next trip.Thank you for our memories.Driskell Family Indiana

Plenty of space for our large group. Beautiful pool areas.

Clean, new development. Ample sleeping and living space. Quiet neighborhood. We all enjoyed the pools, one is just two houses away, which was so convenient. We did not rent a golf cart, but that was available to access the other pool. Full bath and bedroom on ground level was a must for us. We stayed for five days and had a great time. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay

Home was lovely and had plenty of room for our large family. Was nice to have TVs in all rooms and plenty of seating in the living room. The pool was just a few steps away which was great for all. Thanks for hosting us.

LOVED our stay!

We had an amazing stay at Seaside Serenity. The house was large enough to accommodate 4 kids and 4 adults comfortably, and was clean, bright and in a great neighborhood...close to the beach and pool. Neil was responsive leading up to our trip and while we were there, even though we really didn't need any assistance (no issues). Check-in and out was seamless. We'd definitely recommend and hope to stay again!

Scalloping Family Fun

A perfect place for a large family to stay and enjoy all the best of Port Saint Joe and the surrounding area. The accommodations were great with plenty of comfortable bedding for all the adults and children. Fun games for the kiddos and super close to the pool. Just a short walk to the beach. The kids all want to know if we can stay here every time!

Wonderful Place

It’s a beautiful home in a great location! Communication with the host was excellent. The pool was a one minute walk. The walk to the beach was a little long in the sand carrying our stuff but the beach was wonderful and quiet. Downtown Port St. Joe was a short drive and it was also a short drive to other public access points for the beach. The place was clean and spacious. We would definitely stay here again! A great experience!

Beautiful place in an uncongested area

Space was phenomenal. We had 7 sleeping areas which was enough for everyone to get a place to sleep. Arcade game and foosball was great for kids. Super clean and easy to maintain. Location feels like middle of nowhere (quiet, easy beach access), until you eat in Port St Joe (Krazyfish was awesome) or Mexico beach (Mango Marleys) and realize grocery store was only 2 miles away and PCB was only 45 min. House is super close to pool and several beach accesses. Neil was a gracious and communicative host, checking with us multiple times.

Family Beach Trip

We had a wonderful time at this property. It had plenty of space for my entire family. The beds were very comfortable and all the rooms were very spacious. The location next to the pool and short walk to the beach was perfect. The only very minor thing we noticed was the floors were sandy when we checked in. The owner sent the cleaning service right over and took care of it immediately. The response was great. Overall, we had a great time.

Great Point Saint Joe destination home for families!

Great home!!

We enjoyed our time at your beach home so much! Windmark is super nice and quiet. The pools were amazing! We enjoyed the heated pool as it was a little chilly. The home could’ve been cleaner but everything else made up for that. Communication with Neil was amazing! Plenty of room for all of us! A short walk to the new north pool and to the beach. Beautiful sunsets:):) A much needed vacation!

Family Get Together

The house is very nice and had everything we needed for an amazing family get together. We enjoyed the fire pit and we liked that there was space inside for us all to spend time together but there were also plenty of bedrooms where we could all have our own space as well. It was a great place for multi families.

Vaca July 2023

Our first time in Port St. Joe was fabulous! The house is exactly as described. Garage and driveway fit 3 SUV’s and a car. Perfect path for walking to Windmark Beach. Grill and charcoal was provided with plenty of dishes! Beds were comfy and bathrooms were clean. Just a few minutes to great seafood and Mexican restaurants. I would definitely book again🏖️

Beach time

I wasn’t going to give a review but I felt I should since our host took good care of us. 3 min walk to the beach. But we all rented golf carts which made for a great time driving dwn to Bruno’s pizza! Thank you Neil for taking care of our needs.

Family Vacation

Two of my sisters and our families had a wonderful stay at this Vrbo. Communication with property management was always pleasant and very responsive and helpful. It was close to the beaches we like to visit. We enjoyed having the extra beach items: towels, umbrella, wagon, and chairs. Very spacious and beautiful home!

80th surprise bday

We enjoyed our stay we just had a few issues… we were told only 5 cars in driveway and not to park in the street (neighborhood) yet the house sleeps 20. No way could 5 cars fit in the driveway but the neighbor was nice enough to tell us we could park in his driveway because he did not want is to get a ticket for parking in The street like the last renters. Also, there were bugs both dead and alive throughout the house, there was old food in the garage, and our shower had purple soap scum. Outside of those things the house was perfect for our stay and Neil was very attentive.

Our favorite place to stay

We absolutely loved this house. The house was great, location gave that remote feel but was super close to everything. We can’t wait to come stay again when the construction is done! Only downside was our first day there we had to kill two copper head snakes down the road on the way to the beach. But it is a new construction, so I’m sure that won’t happen much if ever again.
