Dave was great, Had trouble with one of the tv. He was very helpful walking me through fixing it with a text. House was very nice, clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The back yard was great for our dog. It is privet and fully fenced in. Very short walk to the beach. Our dog is now a beach bum Beagle.

Family vacation

Super easy process. Property manager was very easy to communicate with. Easy walk to the beach. The house was perfect for our stay and will be back for sure. Will rent the bungalow next time as well!

Perfect Place To Stay

This was the perfect place to stay! Very quiet and peaceful. Felt comfortable taking the short walk to the beach. It was a great place to stay with our dogs. Loved the fenced in backyard! We spent a lot of time sitting around the fire pit and grilling out. The property owner was very nice and thoughtful. We will be staying here again!

Amazing week stay with my pup

Seadog beach house was perfect for a working week stay. Only a 3 min walk to the dog friendly beach. Awesome back yard for the pup and outdoor seating area. The house was just as described and the robot vacuum came in great for daily sweeps around the house. It did scare me the first time it took off and I hadnt paid attention that it was behind the table. I'd let it charge after running in the morning and run it again after cooking dinner. I didn't use the upstairs tub/shower as the downstairs and outdoor shower was my preference. The neighbors to the East were friendly and my dog escaped one morning after a storm and went on a short walk with him. The only thing I did need was a rake, my dog would get the zoomies and the pine straw in the backyard would pile up in places when she was zooming around. Daves place is wonderful and you will enjoy any amount of time you spend there!

Perfection

The Seadog Beach House was perfect! It was exactly as described. Great location and just a short walk to the beach. Communication with Dave was great. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Being able to have our fur baby with us was definitely a plus. Great house and location for families with children and dogs. I hope to be able to stay at the Seadog Beach House again. 5 stars all the way!

Fun in the sun.

Beautiful weather and beaches with plenty to do. Loved the Seadog house. Everything you ever needed was there. Frankie our boxer had a wonderful time with room to roam. Hosts were outstanding.

Lovely area for a sunshine getaway

Two weeks of sunshine in February with our dogs. Beaches were clean and deserted. Backyard fenced in. Quiet neighborhood. House is well appointed. Great getaway.

Heavenly place!

A wonderful stay for my husband and I and our two dogs! The house is charming and clean and stocked with everything we needed, including the kitchen! The fenced backyard is its own little oasis we enjoyed spending time in when we weren’t out and about enjoying long walks on the gorgeous beaches while the dogs ran and played, or strolling the nearby quaint towns. The communication to/from the host was the best I’ve ever experienced. We are already looking forward to coming back!

Just what we were looking for

We can't say enough good things about Sea Dog Beach House! The property was exactly as described and had all that we needed for our fall break trip with our 3 children and a friend. We loved the outdoor area and ate at least one meal out there each day and had a nice fire on one of the cool October nights. Such an easy walk to the beach, and the included wagon and beach accessories made packing so much easier. We loved being able to use the kayak too. The beaches were beautiful and NOT crowded like other places we have been staying along 30A which is just want we wanted when we chose Mexico Beach. Perfect place if you just want to come and enjoy sitting on the beach and relaxing. We did have a few issues with the house upon our arrival, but Dave was super responsive and had solutions in place by the next morning (resetting wifi, new batteries, new light bulbs, additional cleaning, etc.). I am a big believer that it isn't about the issues, but it is in how the issues are addressed, and we could not have asked for anything more from Dave. We will definitely return to this home when we return to Mexico beach. Thanks again, Dave!

Nice and Cozy

very nice place with all the amenities. Its very clean and comfortable. Just a short walk to the uncrowded beach. The owner was very kind and keeps in touch via text. We highly recommend this property if you are looking to get away from large crowds. We will defiantly be back in the future

Seadog Beach House is the Best!

We loved Seadog Beach House! The house was exactly what we wanted and the backyard was a huge bonus! Being able to use beach items that they had made it so much easier since we didn’t have to pack and transport our stuff there. Also, all the games they have in the house made down time on rainy days keep the day fun. The owner was very easy to work with and accessible. You can tell that they’ve put a lot of thought and effort into making their home the perfect place to stay!

Dog Friendly near the Beach

We spent a week at Seadog Beach House with our two dogs (25 - 30 lbs). It was about as perfect as you can get. It had all the amenities that make it easy to feel at home, including kitchen equipment, washer/dryer, streaming tv, beach towels, etc. The back yard is fenced, so we were able to let the dogs out when they had business to do or if they just wanted to enjoy the weather. The beach was two blocks away and is also dog-friendly - we'd take a walk there every morning. Dave was responsive to any questions we had. Given the chance, we will certainly return!

Best Dog Beach Great Location

This is the most dog friendly area we have ever stayed. House is in a great location, easy one block walk from a beautiful clean white sand beach.We saw dolphins every day and on a couple occasions saw Air Force jets flying overhead. About 15 minutes away are Sparks BBQ and Joe Mamas Pizza both have dog friendly patios and excellent food. House has everything you need for a family friendly stay with your pup. Owner is very kind and responsive to needs.
