Amazing Experience - 2nd Year Renter

This was our 2nd year staying at Sea Smile, and we chose to rent it for the 2nd year. Raise last year’s stay was so amazing. This year did not disappoint, either.The home is beautiful and inviting, and the subdivision is gorgeous with lots of amenities and beach access.The hostess is extremely accommodating and very responsive to special requests and goes above and beyond to assist with anything you need. We can’t wait to stay at Sea Smile again next year. It has definitely become our yearly vacation rental!

Nice Unit

We have stayed in Windmark several times. This model is the best suited for our needs as the mother in law suite is perfect for our daughter who is handicapped. The unit was well stocked and the bikes were in very good condition to ride. The only issue was our neighbor seemed to be having a family feud. With about 10 people in the house, I guess it was bound to happen.

Family vacation

Wonderful experience! Very clean and well stocked with anything and everything you could need. Only negatives: two of the bikes were damaged from previous tenants(I assume) and parking more than 2 cars is an issue. Other than that it was amazing!!

Beautiful Home with Extremely Accommodating Hosts

We had an amazing time on our vacation, and the house was beautiful, had everything we needed, and even had that "new home" smell. Everything was spotless, and the hosts were awesome from the moment I booked our trip. We will 100% book this home again on our next stay.

Beautiful home

This home was beautiful, clean, & practically Brand new. The bikes supplied make a sunset bike ride gorgeous every night! Did not love the beach or the pool at the property- beach is small, not good water, lots of sticks, pool is not anywhere near big enough for the massive size of this neighborhood (no where to sit ever), but we drove 5 mins up the road to Mexico beach and it was perfect!
