This was a beautiful house in an absolutely perfect location. It was an easy 5 min walk out the back door and down the boardwalk to the beach. Even for spring break, the beach was very chill. We enjoyed all of the walking paths in the community and appreciated the bicycles and beach wagons in the garage. The home was exceptionally clean, and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals in. Our only issue was an animal that had made a home in the walls of the house. It was nocturnal and very noisy in one of the bedrooms, so no one was able to sleep in that bedroom. I notified property management, and they are having some one come out to address the issue. All-in-all, this is a very nice home in a fantastic beachside neighborhood!

Great Family Getaway

House was perfectly appointed for family Fall Break beach getaway. Super clean and nicely decorated with rooms that perfectly suited our family with three kids. Would recommend!

Beautiful place.

The house was beautiful. The open kitchen and living room area offer a lot of space. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all spotless. The location is great and the beach associated with the neighborhood is fantastic! We would def stay here again!

Enjoyed our time

The house was well keep and community was very inviting. The beds were very comfortable and loved having paddle board for our daughter to use. Enjoyed walking around pond and seeing all the beautiful homes. The pool area was nice and we spent a good bit of time there.

Quiet Retreat

This property was located in a quiet area close to pretty beaches and plenty of places to safely ride bikes and run/ walk for exercise. We enjoyed being close to both Port Saint Joe and Mexico Beach. We loved the family feel and feeling of old Florida without all of the commercialization.

Just wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a wonderful stay but it was too short! Its in a beautiful location. Easy access to the beach and the community pool. Bikes and beach toys made it even more fun! It was just a short drive into port St Joe. We loved the little town. It was the first of many trips back!

I honestly couldn’t be more impressed with this home, the neighborhood and the community. This home was new, clean and just beautiful. It was super convenient to the grocery store, shopping, the pool and most importantly direct access to the beach. We walked everywhere but the grocery store and seafood shop. The community was so clean and the people were very nice. We got freshly steamed peel and eat shrimp from the Shell Shack and it was absolutely delicious. Playing it Koi, was absolutely phenomenal and we will be back.

Family vacation

Great location and very nice house. My family really enjoyed themselves. It was a great get away and very relaxing. The only thing we noticed was the coffee pot didn’t work properly and there was reminisce of a dog (drool and dog hair on the wall in master bedroom). But other than that, everything was lovely. And thanks for providing all the beach supplies and bikes. Hope to visit again in the future!

Great house, OK beach

We loved the house and the neighborhood. It feels like you're staying in a builder's model home. We also appreciated that it was dog friendly. The beach was not great. The second we stepped on to the sand we were swarmed with flies. We've never seen so many in one place in our lives. Bug spray did not help. A local we met told us it's touch and go with the flies. She said some weeks they are there, some they are gone. Also - there are no waves to speak of at this beach. The water is pretty much flat. Instead of walkign steps to the beach each morning (which is what we planned. why we rented this house), we packed up our kids and SUV and drove 5 minutes north to St. Joe Beach. There we had crashing waves and no flies. So - just a heads up for families with children who are excited to go to the beach. Something to consider.

A month at Playing It Koi

We were here for a month so got to know the house well. Kitchen VERY well stocked. Lots of dishes, pans, utensils and like new. No starter coffee provided so be sure to bring your own. No extra garbage bags and few extra consumable supplies provided. Master bed is SUPER soft. We couldn't sleep on it without back aches. Queen bed is firmer. Sadly we slept there when we were didn't have guests. Includes 2 yoga mats n towels for beach yoga which weren't listed. No dressers in other bedrooms so bring more hangers and only 2 suitcase holders. Not so important for a shorter stay but hard to settle in if there longer. Wrong pool code on laminated card. Night lights 👍 in halls and bathrooms. Tv buffers a lot so programs were often frustrating to watch. We called but it didn't really change. Area can be challenging for signal and internet. Phone calls upstairs don't work. Loved the porches, the neighborhood and the area. Would stay again but in another house with a better mattress in the master. That and the poor tv/internet/wifi were the only reasons for the 3 stars.

Wonderful stay

Beautiful, new home in quiet residential area! The house was large and comfortable with a lovely screened in porch! Everything cleaned and ready for us! With the exception of the coffee maker that wasn't working properly, we made ourselves at home and enjoyed the stay! The master suite was very comfortable with a comfortable bed and large bathroom. All the amenities you'd need are there! A few minutes walk from the beach, this is a good area to relax! Thank you!!
