An absolutely amazing experience!!

The stay at the “mermaid” house was fantastic from arrival through departure!! The house was clean, comfortable and stocked with amenities! The open floor plan was ideal! And location, location, location!! We could walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Oh, and almost every business is pet friendly! We would highly recommend this place to family and friends!

Love Mermaid Manor

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. Close to everything in town and close to boat ramps. Mermaid Manor is super cute and well appointed.

The original place reserved was flooded and we were offered another place with 2 bedrooms at no extra charge. The new place was clean but not very nice. Kitchen counter broken, electrical outlets without covers, and AC unit was very loud. Outside the grass wasnt cut and windows were dirty. Host was nice but the house was not up to par.

Hostess with the mostest!

I was so impressed by the thought put into the property. She thought of everything, and then more! By far the best property I’ve stayed at throughout the US and beyond. All details (even things you haven’t thought of) were taken care of, and the location can not be beat! Walkable to all of Port St. Joe, walkable to the beach, walkable to eats/drinks/whatever! And the way she included the dog - an entire basket-full of toys, treats and supplies to keep things clean. Again, I can’t say enough good things about the property and Rayanne

Mermaid manor was perfect for us

Easy check in. Good communication, also allowed for a little early of a check-in. Cottage was cute and clean. Loved all the little extra touches including snacks for us and treats for the dogs. If you forgot to bring something, chances are it was there. Laundry on site. Close enough to town to walk. The only possible downside is we have a 3/4 ton diesel truck and the parking spot for us would have been really tight if there had been other people staying at the adjoining properties. There was not anyone else staying so it was not an issue. We would 10/10 stay at mermaid manor again!

Brief getaway

I really enjoyed the Mermaid Manor location. It was exactly as described, warm and cozy. I liked having the Kuerig and small kitchen. One thing I was disappointed about, though, is that the yard was not fenced all the way around, so I wasn't able to let my dog out without watching him. Otherwise, it was great!
