Property is very small but also very clean. Bathroom and shower are exceptional. There are a few odd things, there is no oven and the freezer compartment in the refrigerator is less than 4 inches high, so frozen food isn't an option. Also, there is nowhere to sit and read or watch television inside, except for the bed. There are a couple of chairs and a nice patio area outside. I had virtually no contact with the host, because he did not speak English and I don't speak Spanish.

The apartment was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was quiet. The excellent shower was modern and clean. Ignacio responded promptly when I booked the apartment and when I had a question. It was a nice stay.

CLEAN…I mean SPOTLESS! From booking to checking out, excellent. No guesswork. Owner sent pics outlined as to where to park and how to access my part of the property so that I had no reason to disturb the other guest or owner. This will be my stay place if I visit this town again!

We had a perfect stay! The private entrance is so cute and makes you feel like you're in your own little world. The inside has everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom for a lovely stay. The bed was so comfortable!! Everything looked very neat and fresh! Could hardly hear any noises outside of your room to make it a very relaxing stay!

Really nice place to stay.

Everything was as described. Small efficiency type room, but extremely clean with updated features and amenities. Quiet neighborhood, close to I-95. We met a man who lived there and he didn’t seem to understand much English. However, contact with the host through VBRO was clear and response was quick. Because there is only 1 small bedside wall shelf for a smart phone, a battery operated clock in the unit would have been helpful. We enjoyed our time there and would use it again.
