I began when we arrived and were told the room we booked a year ago was not available and we had been downgraded but the price was the same. The Assistant Manager was very apologetic and after 45 minutes did some shuffling and arranged for a similar room to what we had booked. Next issue was the wifi was terrible and the tv streaming constantly froze and had a blurred picture. It was unwatchable. The lounge had so many stains it felt like it was a hazard to our health to sit on it. Finally the loud banging on the roof and paper thin walls made for a very disturbed sleep and was not a relaxing experience at all. Absolutely not a 4 star property and would not recommend it to anyone.

Best sleep I’ve ever had! Beds are SUPER comfortable and we had the best view!!!! Staff are super friendly and housekeeping was lovely too. Would definitely stay again. Walking distance down to restaurants too! Highly recommended!
