Sehr erholsame 2 Wochen

Das Haus war für 2 Familien mit 5 größeren Kindern und Hund hervorragend geeignet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Port-des-Barques ist ein nettes Städtchen und bietet auch alles. Super ist das Meeres-Schwimmbad.

Nos vacances à Port-des-barques

Arrivés à destination avec toutes les informations nécessaires transmises par le propriétaire 48h avant. Maison de vacances avec un grand espace extérieur. Maison spacieuse mais avec un séjour un peu petit pour une famille de 9 personnes. Le manque de propreté du sol est le seul bémol que nous ayons constaté, les lits sont grands et confortables et le nécessaire pour les plus petits a été pensé. Lieu calme, avec possibilité d'aller au centre ville à pieds (10 mn env.). Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Port-des-barques. Les propriétaires sont réactifs et sympathiques.

Maison très agréable et joliment décorée

Agréable maison très joliment décorée. Vaste et bien distribuée au niveau des pièces et chambres. La qualité de la literie est remarquable, c est vraiment appréciable. La plage principale est à 5 min en voiture, la plage la plus proche à pieds étant difficilement pratiquante à cause de la vase. Le jardin mériterait un coup de jeune malgré tout. Le village est assez charmant, un peu en retrait de l'agitation touristique La communication avec les propriétaires et la conciergerie est très bonne. Nous avons passé une agréable semaine en famille et amis et nous recommandons cette maison

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise dans cette maison spacieuse. Le cadre est très agréable, au calme et le centre est accessible à pied. Plein de charme pour ce séjour.

Semaine de noël au nouvel an

La villa Souzy était convenable, bien que plusieurs améliorations rendraient le séjour encore plus agréable. La capacité indiquée (10 personnes) est exacte pour le couchage, mais en ce qui concerne le reste cela est un peu juste. On peut citer par exemple : - ajouter des supports de vêtements dans la chambre du Rdc - verrou aux portes des WC inexistant/non conforme L'utilisation de ce gite semble prévue pour la période estivale, et pour la saison hivernale cela reste plus compliqué. L'abonnement électrique est calibré pour une utilisation estivale. Nous nous sommes retrouvés avec le courant coupé suite à une consommation électrique dépassant l'abonnement. Mais l'hiver, l'utilisation des radiateurs électriques se fait conjointement au four et plaques de cuissons électriques. La salle de bain du Rdc n'a pas de chauffage : la douche le matin par 10 degrés, c'est vivifiant :) Il manque des patères pour la sortie de douche, un support de shampooing, gel douche ou savon dans la cabine douche, Le rideau blanc trop long, nous nous prenons les pieds dedans. Nous avons aussi constaté que les supports de convecteurs électriques sont trop fragiles et inadaptés. Un radiateur électrique s'est détaché du mur pendant le séjour. Un radiateur électrique ne fonctionnait pas. L'équipement pour 10 personnes est un peu léger : pour manger une raclette il ne faut pas être plus de 6, l'équipement de cuisine est un peu sommaire (nombres de verres, casserolles grandes tailles) La villa est au bord de la charente, quelques ustensiles pour les fruits de mer seraient appréciés (pince à crabes). Le séjour était agréable, nous avons passé un bon moment, mais ces points ajoutent une ombre au tableau. L'espace clos du jardin convenait bien était très adapté pour le chien.
