Vendor had double booked

The vendor had double booked which meant we were unable to stay in this apartment. They claimed it was due to a fault, but it was my sister-in-law who they had double booked the apartment with (unbeknown to them). Further, when we challenged them with this information, they went to all lengths to deny it and could not offer any proof, which was highly unsatisfactory making me lose trust in the company Porto Cristo.
