The beautiful bathroom is equipped with a shower and hair dryer for your convenience. The outdoor living is where its at in this apartment. Enjoy the heated pool catch a tan on the outdoor recliners, get out of the sun in your large covered screened Lanai with a sofa and comfortable chairs, smart tv, bluetooth speakers to enjoy your music, fishing dock and grill to cook your catch and outdoor dining. Plenty of storage for your kayaks or bikes. Read a book in the front patio and enjoy all the tropical plants, palms and Florida wildlife. Want to get out and explore? We are centrally located, close to amazing restaurants and 2 miles from the luxurious Sunseeker resort where you can enjoy fine dining or a spa day, Beaches are a 30 minute drive and we offer loaner beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and coolers. There is so much to explore and so much wildlife to see in Charlotte Harbor, including dolphins, manatees, rays eagles, birds and some of the best fishing in the world. We do live on the property with 1 cat in our own home and share the outdoor lanai and pool but are very respectful of our guests privacy. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at Casita Canal!
