Our host was outstanding, very attentive. The house was very clear and because noone was there the previous day we were allowed to check in earlier than expected which was nice coming from Michigan. We had everything we needed and the host was kind to put up a Christmas tree.

Perfect Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Pool was delightful with the nice privacy screen and plenty of room. We grilled out almost every night. Bathroom towels were amazing (made me look up the brand). Would definitely stay here again.

5 star for the property management, subdivision and property. The pool was not clean however we enjoyed morning coffee outside and dinner outside; so the pool was not a deal breaker. I would reccommend and book again!

No listed as on a well with Septic system! I would have never rented knowing it was! No one told the the water was not drinkable I had no find out from the pool man when he was servicing the pool! It had filters on water but was still not clean water was colored dirty looking! We had to wash dishes in that water not knowing if it would hurt us? Should be some law for noting listing that in so I could have not rented? When I got here pool was dirty for 2days pool man came on Monday he told me the renters before had dogs that was why it was dirty! No extra cleaning for that! We just felt dirty the 7 days! King bed was real bad the owner just got a new one delivered before we left no help to us! This was the first rental with VRBO don't know if I will ever rent again. I paid a lot for this rental should be given some money back? Sorry but seems like being in a 3 world country! Sam Lanham

AWESOME!

Perfect location in a quiet area. Across the street from a park with a nice hiking trail literally 100 feet from the front door. House is beautiful inside and out with everything you need. Beds were comfortable and lots of room. The pool was heated and very nice with floats and pool toys. Hosts were very nice and easy to deal with. Highly recommend! Best stay EVER! lol

Quiet, relaxing week.

This property was accurately described. Nice, quiet residential neighborhood, park/pond directly across street. The house was nicely decorated and the pool was delightful. Only suggestions to improve hospitality would be to provide more dishes and a set of directions for the TV. We had to go to a hotel to watch the Super Bowl.
