Didn’t like the prompt to pre check in and out when I still needed to stop by the front desk and just repeat with credit card, etc. Rooms are small but well thought out. Breakfast had limited offerings. Smoke alarm went off when we turned on the heat. They moved us to a different room.

-Front counter lady at check-in was so helpful and courteous. -The elevators took forever to come down to get us -the room's A/C needs to be updated. It needs a dehumidifier to help keep the room cooler longer. -the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean
