Quiet position within easy walking distance of the coast path, beaches and a supermarket and bakery. The town and harbour is also within walking distance.Communication with Emmanuel was easy and he responded promptly to any questions and helpful with arrangements for arrival and departure.

Lovely simple house

Lovely simple house with garden, 300 m from the beaches and within walking distance of the lovely centre of Pornic. The interior is a bit dated and some things might need a little repairing, but it is very clean and I think you get value for money.

The property was just as described and a 5 min walk to a beautiful beach. The house has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The WiFi was a bonus after a couple of days too. English guest need to remember to bring towels and their own sheets. Emmanuel is a great host too. Pornic is just beautiful with plenty of places to eat and drink. Great fish restaurants and ice cream parlours. Lots going on too around the market and harbour. We will be back.

Great location. House was in really good order with no issues. Basic but with everything needed. Was there for a holiday and the house was exactly right. Had a DVD player which as a Brit was valuable (everything in French....obviously). Great beach only 10 minutes walk away. The town is great but a little expensive.....top town though. Good for kids with a few local kids parks. The train to Nantes was great, which was well worth a day out. House was clean, comfortable and as expected. Good welcoming....great. Issues leaving with timings but entirely my fault. Will certainly stay again.

Le logement correspond à la description de l'annonce et était "propre" à notre arrivée. La situation géographique est bien. Tout est à proximité que ce soit La mer ou le centre-ville de Pornic, ce qui nous a permis de passer un agréable séjour avec des enfants en bas âge. Le bémol concerne l'accueil lors de la remise des clés et du départ. A l'arrivée (journée pluvieuse), des empreintes de chaussures mouillées étaient présentes dans l'ensemble des pièces et la mise en route des installations (chauffage, frigo...) n'avait pas été faite, rendant le logement peu accueillant.L'heure fixée de départ n'a pas été respectée, avec une attente d'environ 30 min sans communication, alors que nous avions un timing à respecter par la suite.....

Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen. Die Ausstattung läßt zu wünschen übrig. Im Schlafzimmer der 1. Etage gibt es keine Möglichkeit Kleidung aufzuhängen. Der Wohnzimmertisch steht auf drei festen und einem sehr wackeligen Bein. Die Tür des Schlafzimmers im Erdgeschoss läßt sich nicht schließen. Die Terrassentür schließt, wenn überhaupt, nur sehr schwer. Es 6 Terrassenstühle, aber nur 4 Kissen, die sehr verfleckt und nicht passend zu den Stühlen sind. Ein Liegestuhl, aber keine Auflage. Wir das Beste draus gemacht. nicht schließen

Le prix de la location me semble cher pour le logement. Décoration désuète à part la cuisine qui vient d'être refaite. Salon surchargé.. Un grand besoin de relooking pour le reste. La situation géographique est super. Vous allez à la mer à pied et le jardin est très tranquille en raison de l'impasse.La communication avec le propriétaire sur les modalités d'arrivée de notre séjour n'a pas été faite. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une personne l'accueil qui nous a informé des ces modalités 3 jours avant notre séjour à Pornic.

Semaine au calme, pas de circulation de voiture . Maisonnette agréable, très bien équipée, cuisine complète, très bonne literie. Propreté, barbecue, transat, parassol , tout y est. Bonne situation. Petit bémol signalé à notre arrivée, velux chambre du haut ne s ouvre pas, et store cassé... Odeur désagréable salle de bain du haut dans la douche. Ces petits problèmes doivent être corrigés prochainement.
