Experience the charm and comfort of our over 100-year-old holiday home, which offers a fantastic view of the Dolomites and can accommodate up to four/five adults or four adults and one child. After a complete modernisation in 2009, this accommodation combines historical elegance with modern comfort. Whether you are looking for active relaxation or want to unwind in unspoilt nature - you will find your personal holiday happiness here.

The interior of this three-storey gem is a real experience. On the ground floor, the rustically furnished living/dining room with open-plan kitchen and fireplace promises cosy hours. A highlight is the luxurious bathroom with bath, shower and jacuzzi as well as the adjoining conservatory, which is ideal for dining. The latter creates a warm atmosphere with its lovely furnishings. On the first floor there is a spacious bedroom with a large double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV, which offers a wonderful view of the mountains. The second floor serves as another living room with convertible single beds, an additional children's bed and a cosy TV corner.

Outside, the house has a fully fenced area that guarantees privacy and security. There is a private car park right outside the front door as well as an inviting dining area under a canopy with outside light. The upper terrace boasts a large barbecue and a picturesque, covered stone table - perfect for al fresco dining or relaxing under the Dolomite sky.

Très bon séjour de mois d'Août, calme et reposant, au bord des Dolomites. La maison est comme sur les photos et bien équipée. Nos hôtes Eva et Luciano sont bienveillants et amicaux, et nous ont donné de multiples conseils. Avec nos deux enfants et notre chien nous avons pu visiter Venise à 1h00 de voiture, Véronne à 1h45. Le lac à proximité est grand et beau avec baignade. Possibilités de très jolies randonnées aux alentours. Attention les lacs des Dolomites sont accessibles par des routes de montagnes, prévoyez au moins 2h00 en voiture pour les atteindre.

Sehr schönes Haus in einer wundervollen Umgebung

Alles war richtig super. Check-in war sehr unkompliziert. Der Manager vor Ort ist supernett und kümmert sich um alles, spricht allerdings nur italienisch. Die Küchenausstattung ist in Ordnung. Die Küche ist zwar sehr klein, aber das ist auf den Bildern eigentlich auch zu sehen und es ist grundsätzlich alles da, was man so braucht. Ein bisschen mehr Abstellfläche für Lebensmitteleinkäufe wäre vielleicht noch schön, aber das ist Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau. Sonst gibt es reichlich Platz und auch schöne überdachte Sitzgelegenheiten draußen. WLAN funktioniert zuverlässig. Die Umgebung ist wundervoll. Direkt vor der Tür kann man loswandern, oder in 1-1,5 Stunden ins Herz der Dolomiten fahren. Der Lago die Santa Croce ist in 10 Minuten erreichbar wo man baden oder surfen kann. Die Anbindung an ÖPNV haben wir nicht überprüft, da wir mit dem Auto da waren. Für uns war es ein einfach sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
