Wonderful, comfortable 3 bedroom apartment with outstanding views. It is centrally located to shops, restaurants, harbor, etc. Hughly recommend; would definitely stay here again!.

Beautiful apartment, beautiful location, beautiful island!

This apartment was perfect for our family of five, four adults and a teen. Spacious and clean, plenty of toilet paper, shampoo, etc. Bed was very hard, but finding a soft bed in Europe is next to impossible! Communication with host was difficult at times. Elevators are very small, we always needed two trips. But the stunning view of the city and the ocean from the balcony on the 18th floor was worth every trip! And Pink cafe on the ground floor was superb!! Try the pasteis da nata and ham and cheese sandwiches on sweet bread!The check-in process was quite complicated, although the host provided photos and instructions, parking and finding the correct keypad and door was challenging. (The building is not only apartments.) My phone died one day and my son had to share battery with me from his phone so I could open the apartment door with the app (fob did not work and there was no key).Overall, highly recommended!! Would stay again!

This is a beautiful 3 BR apt in the city with amazing views and walking access to the city, shops, restaurants, and waterfront. The apt was really nice, clean and spacious for 6 adults. I would highly recommend staying at this apt during your vacation on Sao Miguel!

Island Views

Our family enjoyed spending a month in the apartment. The location is perfect for exploring the city and the island as a whole. The views from the balconies are some of the best on the island. (The apartment is in the tallest building on the island so you get 360 degree panoramic views with lots of privacy). Everything was thoughtfully appointed and very comfortable. The neighbors are pleasant and the building is safe and secure with 24 hour door attendants (in fact whole city is quite safe, but it’s still a nice touch) Parking in the garage below building is very convenient, but the cost can add up for longer stays. There is a rental car office located on the first floor of the building, so it could be more Economical to simply rent when you need a car. Free parking is available a short walk away, but is not always available. Communication with host was great and they provided helpful detailed instructions.

Great location, amazing view of city!

We had a wonderful stay in this unit. The location is right in the heart of the city, on the beautiful Avenida. You can't find a more convenient location. Easy access to (paid) parking across the street. The unit was as described with an amazing view of the city from the enclosed balcony. A/C is not the best - we found it best to just open the windows and let the coast breeze cool the unit off, but that was fully disclosed by the owner. Owner was lovely to work with, tons of helpful communication. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The perfect place

Great views and a quick walk to all the restaurants in the city. Right accross the street from the bay. Safe and clean. Highly reccommend to all visitng the island.
