The hotel from the second we walked in was amazing. The staff, the room, the restaurant and bar everything was not only great, but exceptional. Everything was clean. The rooms are very nice and have all the amenities you could want. All of the staff are amazing and anyone staying there would be lucky. The dinner was amazing and staff were very attentive. The breakfast buffet was also great with a large selection of food and drinks. If we ever go back to the Azores, this will be the hotel we are staying at. We will also be recommending the hotel to any of our friends/family who travel there. I wish I could give the staff a 10/5 rating.
