Our stay at BRUM Apartments was great! The hosts are very responsive, the apartment was is great condition - very clean and comfortable and it is located in a quiet and safe area in the city center. We will consider staying here again!

Overly surprised to buy how amazing the location is clean new and very welcoming Only thing that was a little bit of a negative, but did not spoil the amazing experience was difficulty of finding parking, but that has nothing to do with the location. Absolutely come here again and also suggest this location to anybody looking for a place to stay

Struttura nuova e molto bella con tutte le comodità, colazione con buoni prodotti, posizione centralissima a un passo dai ristoranti e dalla piazza centrale, unico neo è la difficoltà a trovare un parcheggio libero nelle vicinanze. Comunicazione invece scarsa, nessuno ti accoglie, per capire come entrare devi farti mandare un messaggio con un codice tutte le comunicazioni avvengono via whatsapp, se chiami ti dicono di mandare un messaggio. Peccato perché la struttura è molto bella. Se non volete parlare con i clienti perlomeno mandate qualche giorno prima una mail dove spiegate come funziona.

Pefecto para una semana en punta delgada

Alojamiento centrico, tranquilo, con zonas de parking cerca (0'60 cts la hora). Muy cerca tambien de restaurantes i de las puertas de la ciudad, con un duoermercado a 20 metros. Super recomendable para familias. Cocina equipada y con lavadora (nos fue muy util por que fuimos a hacer senderismo todos los dias). Ningun problema cob el cheking. De volver a Sao Miguel, seguro que volveria.

Muy nuevo, creo que algunos elementos los estrenamos. La decoración minimalista y de buen gusto. Lo único es que estando 9 días la limpieza se realiza al tercer día y podría hacerse más equilibrada según lar estancia. Lo recomiendo de pleno. Repetiría sin dudarlo!
